Excelente para lo que buscamos. Es una plataforma muy potente y cumple con lo que promete. Los envíos se entregan con facilidad y rapidez a nuestras listas y segmentos. Hoy no hacemos grandes automatizaciones ni integraciones con ecommerce, por eso lo destaco. Pero si haces muchas integraciones o automatizaciones es un poco rebuscado porque depende todo del programador que tengas y que haga con la API que te dan.

Pros

Es una plataforma clave para nuestras campañas de email marketing. Es fácil de usar, intuitiva, y ofrece funcionalidades muy completas tanto para envíos masivos como para automatizaciones. Destaco especialmente la rapidez de los envíos, la claridad de los reportes y la posibilidad de segmentar audiencia. Además, la atención al cliente es excelente: siempre que tuvimos dudas o problemas, el equipo nos respondió con profesionalismo y muy rápido. Y no solo eso, sino que te capacitan en email marketing más allá del uso de la herramienta en sí. Otra ventaja es que es una solución 100% en español y con un equipo local, lo cual facilita muchísimo la comunicación y la adaptación a nuestras necesidades. Además, lo pagamos en pesos. Recomiendo EnvíaloSimple tanto para emprendedores, profesionales, pequeñas y medianas empresas que busquen una plataforma robusta y acompañamiento real en sus estrategias de email marketing.

Cons

Es mas bien una herramienta básica y sin grandes automatizaciones. Si necesitas crear embudos de ventas o automatizaciones de automatizaciones optaría por otra herramienta. Sería interesante contar con más integraciones nativas con otras plataformas o CRMs, para optimizar aún más los flujos de trabajo, ya que se puede integrar con lo que quieras mediante API pero ese desarrollo corre por cuenta de nosotros.

Porque envialosimple es mas económico, sus precios son muchos más competitivos y porque se destaca notablemente la atención humana. Además es un producto de similares características con los que utilizaba; si bien el resto tiene tal vez mas automatizaciones o integraciones nativas que yo no estaba utilizando ahora.

La verdad, arranqué con pocas expectativas y terminó siendo una buena herramienta. Pude mandar campañas sin drama, cargar listas y ver los resultados sin perderme. Lo mejor es que no necesité hacer mil pasos ni conocimientos raros. Ideal si querés algo que simplemente funcione.

Pros

Muy fácil de usar, yo no tenía nada de experiencia previa. Excelente soporte con buena predisposición y te permite cargar listas, segmentar y automatizar de forma simple como lo dice su nombre. Integra bien con WordPress y otros formularios web. Ideal para quienes priorizan practicidad sobre complejidad.

Cons

No tiene app móvil o al menos no la encontré, estaría bueno poder revisar o programar envíos desde el celu cuando estás afuera.

Perdieron nuestro dominio, estaba para la renovación automática y lo dejaron caer y después nos piden que lo registremos nuevamente. Imaginen la situación decirle a nuestro cliente que se perdió el dominio y que fue culpa de Donweb, obviamente, difícil de creer pero cierto. Pero como no podes hablar con nadie, da igual. A nadie en Donweb le importa tu problema. Triste, porque yo era fanático de Donweb y ahora es para sufrir. Un Bot de IA que parece una programación de un niño.

Pros

Se paga en pesos argentinos, la única. Por lo demás todo es malo

Cons

Donweb es pésimo, ahora ni siquiera te podes comunicar con un humano, yo era fanático de Donweb porque comenzó siendo una empresa innovadora en Argentina y ahora es tan mala que ya no conozco a alguien que no me haya contado una mala experiencia, nuestros proyectos los estamos migrando a servidores de afuera, algo que no queríamos por el impuesto país, pero preferimos eso antes de tener tan malas sorpresas, quedamos muy mal con nuestros clientes, hay clientes pequeños que no están en condiciones de pagar un hosting del exterior y sufren con Donweb, algo que nos llena de vergüenza, porque nosotros se lo recomendamos. A \[contenido sensible oculto\], lo conozco de un congreso, no entiendo como ahora no quiere escuchar a sus clientes y pone un chat de IA que es una mentira ese Chat no es IA es uno bot programado con respuestas un poco mas rebuscadas, pero igual de inútil.

Yo utilizo ,el servicio de hosting y dominio ,es bastante económico pero no lo recomiendo por su servicio al cliente.

Pros

It is very simple to use and set up and it does not charge you by the number of contacts you have on your lists, but for the numbers of emails you send, which makes it pretty affordable.

Cons

Automation is not that simple to set up and not very powerfull. It would be nice to have some integration with salesforce
