Pros

“TimeKeeper has been great for streamlining time tracking and scheduling. Its intuitive design, user-friendly interface, customizable reports, and real-time tracking features have made it an essential tool for my company.”

Cons

I did find that some of the advanced features, like in-depth reporting or integrations with other tools, felt a bit limited. Additionally, the initial setup and onboarding process could be more straightforward for new users.

### "Highly Recommend"

Extremely positive - I cannot fault the responses and the time \[sensitive content hidden\] have provided when first setting up TK for our company, and from there on in the communication has not faltered. Any question no matter how small is answered and resolved. We are still in the infancy of development and rolling out the system to the entire company across all our sites, and as each site works independently, TK works very well matching all requirements as governed by the type of work driven by the site. We are in Phase 1 at this stage, i.e. getting all staff using the system via the app, and once this is completed we will move on to Phase 2 to utilise the many features that TimeKeeper can offer to reduce admin tasks and duplication of work.

Pros

We are a project based company and TimeKeeper fits our business model very well. It allows flexibility as no two projects are the same, allocating specific tasks to teams and as we also have a large contractor resource, being able to archive persons until they are needed is a great advantage. You are in control of the complete set up and can create standard working patterns as well as being able to add flexible shifts if necessary. The wall calendar is a great visual tool and can be filtered to individual teams as well as the whole company, allowing full transparency for HR and Team Managers to track an unlimited number of paid or unpaid leave type and restrict the numbers of each team who can be off at the same time. The customer service is excellent and you are encouraged to highlight any future features that you consider a benefit. The team work hard to meet all requirements and implement their own enhancements based on feedback. The option to also invest in bespoke reports has been an asset to fit into our existing company reporting structure.

Cons

Overall we are very happy and impressed with what Timekeeper can do, but one small comment is not being able to track changes made without paying for an enhancement - this is not a deal breaker at all, but in our enviornment we need to have a few 'Administators' that have full access to the system - being able to track any changes made, by who and when would be advantageous. Being able to lock the settings once agreed would also be helpful.

It is a UK based company and its functionality to track projects and tasks was the main selling point. There are many online timesheet companies for specific trades, but TK came out on top when matching our business needs.

### "Great tool and a very responsive company to deal with"

Accurate time keeping with a very small deployment cost (using ipad), learning curve for staff was small - it's very intuituve. TimeKeeper saves us at least two hours of admin each week.

Pros

Low cost, easy to configure, the developer is extremely quick to answer queries and implement feature requests. Recent Zapier intergration makes it a real time saver, can't fault it.

Cons

Being really picky, sometimes the population of clock in images on the online timesheet view can seem slow.

We didn't schedule a starting meeting till later on and could have done with it earlier so we could use the software better.

### "Simple, Easy to Use Multi Functional Solution "

The Live Support Chat is great, the support have always resolved any issues promptly, all development requests are considered and all minor change requests to existing reporting or processes has been amended to accommodate our request.

Pros

Timekeeper works for both Field Based and Office Based users with the ability to clock in via a Mobile App or Desktop, it automated our previously labor intensive payroll solution as users can clock in/out daily and managers can approve timesheets remotely which has eliminated the need to have timesheets submitted by approval cut-off and overall reduces the managers workload as they no longer have to check all employees have submitted their timesheets, all timesheets have been approved and all transferred to our Payroll Department. Employees always have visibility of leave taken, and booked through the mobile app and are able to book leave through the app and track any leave requests from pending to approved. The Software is constantly evolving with innovative updates, we have most recently made use of the Employee Documents Section for our Health and Safety Documentation, this allows employees to view the Risk Assessments through the Timekeeper App, previously a paper exercise

Cons

No issues or complaints, the solution does exactly what we need it to do with additional functionality we had not previosuly considered

We chose to implement Timekeeper as our Workforce Management solution because of the overall simplicity and ease of use for all user levels and knowledge bases from field standard users and managers, and office based System Administrators, the simplicity allowed a straightforward transition and implementation with little to no training.

As a young and innovative company, we believe there are great things TimeKeeper can offer us and other businesses out there. We love the simplicity that it offers and integration is very simple. We highly suggest you give the trial run a go and fully exploit the features that are instantly available to you. All in all, it's simple, it's user friendly & has great customer support.

Pros

The software itself is very simple, from the trial run, we exhausted out the features and reports that TimeKeeper offered to us and found that it was very user friendly and that support was seconds away if you had a query. The main pro about this is the simple clock in/ out and time tracking it provides for the organisations needs. There are reports which can be generated to give us the analytics we need to process payroll. Compared to other software that are out on the market TimeKeeper has everything you need to start keeping track of time and have analytic reports that can be utilised to manage timesheets.

Cons

There are very little cons at this point in time - it is mainly some features we would like to see that could be implemented in the near future, as we do believe that it will not only benefit us but also other companies out there too.

The app has made the payroll so much easier and we have only had positive experiences with the app. On the odd occasion I have had to contact support they have responded very quickly too and sorted out any issues quickly. we have recommended to other companies too

Pros

this has made the timesheets for payroll so much easier, we are not chasing for times, and we have found it to be very accurate in where people clock in and out. We also use for our sub contractors who are on the site too, using this to attach to their invoices as a back up for the time on site. We use the holiday feature, all the employees can easily see how many holidays they have left and when they have booked off. When planning the week ahead we can also see who is off in the coming week.

Cons

Sometimes there have been a few glitches but on a whole it has been very good.

Still getting to grips with it but overall we are very very pleased. Love how we can log our staff holidays and they can make their requests via the APP. Our subcontractors are able to work their invoices out much more accurately as they can see their own timesheets

Pros

We are easily able to keep track of our employees, especially the ones working on site. We can see exactly when they clock in and out and can apply the hours worked to a particular project. We have saved so much money since implementing this system.

Cons

The employees. They often 'forget' to clock out, especially if they are using their phones. We have devices on site and these work much better and are more reliable.

Reason for choosing TimeKeeper

Liked the ease of it, simple but very effective. Got to mention the support, always available and always can answer any problems or issues we have.

Excellent. Saves time & does what we need, Whenever we have needed something to be altered to work for us, TimeKeeper have happily amended reports until they do the job exactly how we require.

Pros

The software is easy to use & just works which for a small business is very important. When I compare TimeKeeper to our previous solution, there is no comparison & payday is no longer the laborious time consuming process that I used to dread.

Cons

None spring to mind. Whenever the software needs to be amended then TimeKeeper have always provided a solution.

I have been using this app for just over a year and implementing it in every company I go into to improve their existing procedures.

Pros

Just how easy it is to use for both myself and the operatives. Support is always instant. The reporting is great also.

Cons

I would like to be able to generate more PDF reports - but thats for me, the excel export is more than enough!

Pros

It is super easy to use. The TimeKeeper team are on hand to help with any questions we may have. The product keeps innovating and getting better and better (for both web and mobile) Reports

Cons

I am not so keen on the black background Holiday function is a bit confusing for me - but my finance manager finds it straight forward to use after talking to TimeKeeper direct.

Pros

Timekeeper is essential for any business to keep track of employees clocking in and out and booking holidays. There is a free app to download so any employee can check their hours and book holidays. Employers will get a notification when employees book a holiday so they can easily check if this conflicts with any other employees time off. Really simple product to use.

Cons

Can’t think of any faults with the product, I personally haven’t run in to any problems while using it.

Pros

So easy to use for employees to keep reliable time of hours. Excellent user interface with simple navigation to different tasks IE clock in, schedule holidays etc. excellent feedback with emails when holidays are approved etc.
