Pros

Vidra has advance order and promotions management modules which enable user to manage the orders easily and define any kind of promotion.

Cons

Vidra does not support many currencies and its multi language coverage is quite limited.

Vidra mi ha permesso di creare un sito di e-commerce, che rappresenta una vetrina dei miei prodotti (anche per i clienti del negozio "fisico") e di vendere online. L'assistenza è sempre stata impeccabile: le persone che stanno "dietro" a Vidra sono sempre state molto disponibili e sempre presenti nell'aiutarmi a sviluppare il mio business online.

Pros

Vidra ha grande facilità di utilizzo e permette a imprese piccole come la mia di essere presente sul web ad un costo contenuto. Il sito che ho creato grazie a Vidra diventa una vetrina per il mio negozio e mi consente di concludere transazioni online, affidando a Vidra la gestione delle transazioni e delle spedizioni. Assolutamente consigliato!

Cons

Le possibilità di personalizzazione del sito non sono molte, ma questo è sicuramente da mettere in conto ed è ampiamente compensato dalle funzionalità che ti permettono di essere presente online e di vendere e spedire i prodotti utilizzando il supporto di Vidra.

Sono complessivamente soddisfatto del lavoro svolto con Vidra. Il servizio clienti (chat) risponde sempre. In casi d'emergenza sono stato chiamato in azienda per ricevere assistenza.

Pros

La facilità d'utilizzo. La piattaforma è intuitiva. Il servizio di spedizione integrato da accesso a tariffe vantaggiose anche alle piccole aziende che in un primo momento non hanno grandi volumi di spedizioni.

Cons

Ritengo sia necessaria l'integrazione di EDITOR di TESTO più performante. In secondo luogo, sarebbe opportuno lasciare più libertà di personalizzazione con introduzione di video e foto.

Il servizio integrato di programmazione spedizione è il motivo principale che mi ha spinto a cominciare con Vidra. Oltre a questo, il servizio di assistenza in italiano (che non è da sottovalutare) e la semplicità d'utilizzo.

le funzionalità fornite sono comode e intuitive e il back office è facile da usare. Le integrazioni con le altre app sono buone ma attendiamo ancora altre integrazioni sul sito.

il fatto di non poter usufruire di integrazioni personalizzate ma dovere aspettare che vengano fatte per tutti ( es. pagamento rateale), non potere ancora accedere ad amazon o e-bay ecc...

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. È di facile configurazione e in un giorno hai il tuo servizio ecommerce online. Lo staff è pronto e attento a supportarti in ogni mento dell utilizzo del software. È un software completo che oltre a offrirti il servizio di vendita online ti aiuta anche nella spedizione dei prodotti. Semplice e intuitivo

Semplicità nella configurazione. È molto intuitivo e veloce

Cons

Attualmente non ha una parte di commenti che il cliente può lasciare al venditore nel momento del acquisto ma so che ci stanno lavorando. Non ci sono elementi negativi che ho potuto riscontrare

Nel 2020 un sito web è un insostituibile biglietto da visita online:puoi presentarti ai clienti semplicemente condividendo un link,illustrare i tuoi prodotti e servizi direttamente dalla vetrina online, è inoltre un ottimo alleato per rafforzare l'identità dell'azienda. infine un sito permette di attivare campagne pubblicitarie beneficiando della portata ampia della rete e dei costi contenuti della pubblicità online. Tutto ciò è possibile con Vidra senza fare un investimento iniziale cospicuo. Credo sia proprio il punto di forza della piattaforma , avvicinarsi al mondo online pian piano senza spendere un patrimonio.

Pros

La piattaforma Vidra è molto intuitiva e permette di gestire perfettamente in autonomia tutto l'iter burocratico iniziale da seguire per avviare la propria attività online ed in seguito la personalizzazione dello shop stesso anche per chi è alle prime armi. Molto semplice nel suo utilizzo e con un team di supporto professionale e competente sempre pronto, rapido e disponibile per eventuali dubbi o esigenze.

Cons

Per avviare un'attività online il piano standard che offre Vidra comprende la gestione dell'inventario con catalogo prodotti illimitato e delle spedizioni con sistema di invio notifiche automatico,strumenti SEO gratuiti, dominio personalizzabile e spazio web illimitato gratuito tuttavia sarebbe opportuno integrare la funzione gestione clienti e newsletter anche per il piano base.

Ho scelto Vidra perché è un'azienda italiana,l'assistenza la piattaforma e le guide sono tutte in italiano. E' possibile creare facilmente il proprio shop on line scegliendo tra i temi già disponibili perché non servono conoscenze tecniche specifiche e di design!

La mia esperienza con Vidra è fino ad oggi positiva e spero la piattaforma possa crescere con ulteriori funzionalità.

Pros

I tempi di realizzazione del proprio e-commerce sono rapidissimi e la gestione è facile anche per un neofita.

Cons

La momentanea assenza di alcune funzioni per collegare Facebook e Instagram sia per il catalogo che per funzioni di retargeting.

La nostra esperienza con Vidra è stata positiva e siamo felici di aver intrapreso il percorso per iniziare la vendita on-line dei nostri vini della cantina Centovigne - Castello di Castellengo.

La semplicità di implementazione del proprio e-commerce e la facilità di gestione degli ordini e delle spedizioni.

Cons

I temi grafici sono carini, sarebbe bello averne di più a disposizione e poter strutturare diversamente il menù di navigazione.
