Es un CRM fácil de usar, práctico y amigable. Cualquier persona con conocimientos básicos, lo puede usar. El diseño de la cotización es muy bueno.

Cons

Al editar la cotización, es en programación html; y no hay buen soporte al respecto al hacer la configuración para que quede como yo la quiero. Falta más soporte al respecto.

Lo que me gusta es la integración con correos, whatsapp bussines y marketing digital. Adicional puedo crear landing page de manera facil y gratuita.

Que a veces si se deja inactivo haciendo una cotización se pierde. Creo que haria como un sistema de guardado automatico.

A veces las tareas automáticas son difíciles de construir. Sería interesante que la integración con RD fuera mas eficiente en relación con que pueda verse en data CRM el histórico del prospecto/cliente que trae desde RD

Nos genera recordatorios de compromisos adquiridos en la gestión comercial con cada uno de los clientes o prospectos.

Datacrm es una herramienta que nos ha ayudado a organizar la información de nuestros prospectos, clientes potenciales y clientes activos, ya que nos permite registrar y programar actividades, hacer seguimiento a los compromisos y llevar estadísticas de clientes ganados o perdidos.

Veníamos de trabar con otros CRMs enfocados en un mercado global y eran muy estándar las versiones, como algunas opciones solo eran en ingles y presentaba confusiones en el área comercial, al pasar a DataCRM entendieron nuestras necesidades y se hicieron algunas adaptaciones a nuestro modelo de negocio lo que permite hacer un mejor uso de la herramienta con un servicio al cliente casi que inmediato.

Pros

El servicio al cliente y la escucha activa en las dolencias en la gestión de clientes han sido fundamentales para una buena implementación y uso de la herramienta, así como su constante innovación de producto. Es muy intuitiva la plataforma y la experiencia de usuario como navegabilidad es amigable.

Cons

Las actualizaciones constantes pueden llegar a confundir a las personas que utilizan la herramienta como la búsqueda de clientes, no hemos visto muchos desarrollos en el modulo de servicios lo que se percibe como si el CRM estuviera más enfocado en productos, tan es así que siendo una empresa de servicios usamos el modulo de productos.

El control de mi esquema de ventas a través de DataCRM, me ha permitido identificar donde tengo mejores posibilidades de cierres, aumentar mi equipo de ventas y crecer en mi facturación cerca de un 60%. Adicionalmetne tengo control del proceso postventa, como remisiones de entrega, camapñas de fidelización, historicos, etc. Es una excelente herrameinta

A medida que conocves la herramienta, mas provecho le sacas. Y siempre esta el area de soporte en ese procesod e acompañamiento.

Pros

Es sencillo, tiene muchas opciones para customizar las necesidades de mi area comercial. Creacion de reportes y visual de los mismos, son excelentes. Muy amigable, y con un servicio al cliente excelente. Vi varias en el mercado, y me quede con la mejor.

Lo mejor de la plataforma ha sido el acompañamiento que hemos obtenido por parte de los miembros de gesta Crm, siempre están dispuestos a solucionarnos los problemas, a capacitarnos a mostrarnos las mejoras y novedades de los productos nuevos.

Es una plataforma de muy fácil uso, que nos permite mantener los prospectos ordenados con la facilidad de poder hacer seguimientos periódicamente

Cons

Hemos tenido fallas en cosas que antes ya teníamos solucionadas las cuales nos han retrasado el trabajo
