La transición a la plataforma valió totalmente la pena. Nos ayudó a eliminar la mayor parte de la carga manual y los típicos errores de dedo en los pagos. Es una solución robusta y escalable que cumple perfectamente con la normatividad fiscal local. La recomendaría para empresas que buscan centralizar su operación y dejar atrás los procesos fragmentados, siempre y cuando estén dispuestos a dedicarle el tiempo necesario a una buena configuración inicial.

Pros

Lo que más destaco de Workbeat es la verdadera integración entre la gestión de personal y el cálculo de la nómina. Veníamos de un esquema donde las incidencias (vacaciones, faltas, permisos) se arrastraban en archivos de Excel independientes y pasarlas al sistema de pagos siempre era un dolor de cabeza propenso a errores. Aquí la sincronización es directa. El motor de cálculo es sumamente rápido, el timbrado de CFDI se hace sin complicaciones y genera de forma muy limpia los reportes para el IMSS (SUA e IDSE). Además, la app para los colaboradores les da mucha autonomía para checar su asistencia y firmar digitalmente sus recibos, lo que nos descargó muchísimo trabajo operativo al equipo de RH.

Cons

La curva de aprendizaje y el proceso de implementación inicial son bastante demandantes. Configurar correctamente toda la estructura de la empresa, prestaciones y migrar el historial de los empleados requiere tiempo y un esfuerzo administrativo importante, no es algo que se resuelva en un par de días. En ocasiones, la interfaz del módulo de incidencias puede no ser tan intuitiva a la primera visualización y requiere capacitación interna para el staff. También he notado que el soporte técnico puede llegar a tardar un poco más de lo habitual en responder durante periodos críticos de alta demanda fiscal, como los cierres de año.
