J’utilise Abraxio dans le cadre de ma mission de PMO, notamment pour la gestion du budget de la DSI et du portefeuille de projets. L’outil offre une alternative efficace aux tableurs Excel et autres solutions classiques, ce qui simplifie considérablement mon quotidien.

Pros

La possibilité de disposer d’un outil centralisé facilitant la gestion des projets, des équipes et du budget de la DSI, le tout dans un environnement clair, simple et agréable à utiliser.

Cons

Au départ, il n’était pas possible d’enregistrer du temps en dehors d’une journée complète, ce qui limitait la saisie des heures supplémentaires. Cette contrainte a depuis été corrigée.

Abraxio nous accompagne depuis 2021 et a permis à la DSI de piloter son activité en toute indépendance et à pouvoir pousser des informations pertinentes au board (sérieux du pilotage). Facile de sortir des rapports.

Abraxio nous a changé notre relation avec la direction générale et directions fonctionnelles. Fini les multitudes de tableurs Excel plus ou moins bien maintenus. Le gain de temps dans la construction et l'atterrissage budgétaire est quantifiable aisément et amorti l'investissement passé dans le paramétrage initial de l'utilitaire.

\-Simplicité de mise en œuvre -Données centralisées -Pilotage en 360° de l'activité -Tableau de bord facilement paramétrable et diffusable

Cons

\- Pilotage et scoring des fournisseurs (même si cette évolution arrive) - Gant projet nécessitant encore quelques ajustement comme l'intégration de la gestion des ressources et leurs périodes d'indisponibilité

Nous utilisons Abraxio depuis bientôt 3 ans et sommes très satisfait de la révolution que nous a permis de réaliser la solution en terme de pilotage de projet et de portefeuille. La solution évolue rapidement afin de répondre aux nombreux besoins de ses clients avec lesquels les équipes d'Abraxio entretiennent une vraie proximité.

Pros

Sa simplicité d'utilisation, ses différents modules qui permettent de répondre à l'ensemble des besoins d'une DSI, la proximité de l'éditeur avec ses clients.

Cons

Il reste des éléments d'ergonomie à optimiser pour que l'expérience soit optimale, mais rien de trop perturbant.

Il faut signaler le très bon accompagnement lors de la phase de mise en place du produit et l'excellent support client. Il se crée un véritable partenariat. C'est un point très positif.

Pros

La gestion du budget est parfaite. C'est le grand point fort du logiciel. Le suivi des projets est bien conçu si le niveau de suivi est réalisé à grosse ou moyenne maille. Globalement, le produit est très complet et peu se suffire à lui-même.

Cons

La gestion des tâches mérite d'évoluer. Dans un gantt, il n'est pas encore possible de lier une tâche à la réalisation d'une tâche dans un autre projet. A date, il y'a encore peu de webservices disponibles.

la simplicité d'utilisation globale sans avoir peur de perdre de données, le catalogue de ressources, la GED intégrée

Cons

le seul point que je vois est celui qui concerne la gestion des licences, et le fait de devoir avoir des licences payantes pour fournir un droit de lecture à la comptabilité

Solution complète pour federer les équipes autour des processus de gestion de la DSI. Solution qui s’adapte à une gestion simple ou plus détaillee selon les besoins. Outil de communication, de promotion et de partage. Fonction d’élaboration, de suivi et de simulation budgétaire (font suivi des temps). Gestion et suivi des fournisseurs et des contrats. Mention spéciale au support : réactif et efficace.

Cons

Bien étudier la structure avant de se lancer : retour arrière peut être difficile.

Abraxio permet d'une part de suivre un budget tout au long de l'année, et de repérer rapidement les déviances. Il permet également de sortir des équipements importants pour la fonction IT : part du RUN ou du BUILD dans un budget , l'évolution de l'OPEX et du CAPEX. Les états paramétrés permettent également de sortir les 20/80 (20% des fournisseurs qui représentent 80% de notre budget).

Cons

La gestion des ressources humaines internes et leur valorisation est trop précise pour notre fonctionnement. Nous n'avons besoin que de valeurs macro.

Elle est prête à être utilisée dès son installation grâce à son interface intuitive et ses paramètres prédéfinis. Abraxio est dotée d’un moteur d’analyse et de simulation en temps réel qui permet de prendre des décisions rapidement. En tant que logiciel Saas, Abraxio est développé et hébergé en France, garantissant ainsi la sécurité des données qui sont chiffrées de bout en bout. De plus, Abraxio offre une gestion complète à 360° de la DSI grâce à une solution intégrée qui comprend quatre modules : budget, portefeuilles de projets, fournisseurs et contrats, et équipes.

Au global, Abraxio est un outil quasi complet pour la gestion efficace du quotidien d'une DSI. Cela permet d'avoir un suivi clair, simple et précis du budget et du portefeuille projets et de ses projets, le tout avec une charge de travail administratif très raisonnable.

Pros

Son périmètre large pour la gestion d'une DSI :Le budget, le portefeuille projets, le suivi projets, le reporting, la gestion des fournisseurs, la gestion des ressources,.. Egalement sa simplicité d'utilisation.

Cons

La gestion des ressources manque encore de souplesses. Egalement la gestion du matériel informatique ne semble pas prise en charge.

Abraxio est un outil simple d'utilisation devenu aujourd'hui indispensable dans le suivi du budget et du portefeuille de projets de la DSI au quotidien. Il permet de gagner en efficacité et en réactivité dans la prise de décision.

Pros

Abraxio permet de répondre à plusieurs besoins dans un seul outil : suivi des projets, pilotage du budget, suivi des temps des collaborateurs, rapports et analyses en temps réels, suivi des contrats et de leurs échéances, ...

Cons

Le manque de flexibilité dans le paramétrage des rapports et la seule mise à disposition des données budgétaires dans cette catégorie nous obligent à procéder régulièrement à des exports Excel pour affiner nos analyses (budget/plan de charge/collaborateurs).

Abraxio est un très bon outil animé par une équipe dynamique, disponible et à l'écoute. Je suis passé d'une gestion avec Excel à un outil qui apporte beaucoup plus de valeurs au travail des DSI. Il y a des développements réguliers et pour le moment je suis très satisfait de cet outil.

Pros

\- Gestion budgétaire très poussé et adapté aux besoins des DSI - Gestion des projets - Gestion de la capacité et de la charge des équipes

Cons

\- Gestion des fournisseurs (impossibilité d'évaluer correctement nos fournisseurs) - Gestion des plannings de projets, très limité et pas lié avec le module tâche / capacity planning ect ... C'est donc plus un gadget aujourd'hui - Gestion des tâches qui a été revu et est plus agréable à utiliser mais qui manque encore d'efficacité pour une adoption complète des équipes.

Ce logiciel devrait être déployé dans toutes les DSI, quelque soit leur taille ! Il est facile à mettre en place et vraiment pratique dans le quotidien. Par contre, cela nécessite d'avoir de la bande passante pour mettre à jour régulièrement les informations (fournisseurs, contrats, entrées/départs collaborateurs, modifications lignes budgétaires, etc).

Pros

La centralisation dans une seule plateforme du suivi de portefeuille, des fournisseurs, des contrats et des collaborateurs de la DSI. Tout est lié, une modification réalisée dans un module se répercute partout. Un gros + est l'arrêt de l'utilisation de fichiers Excel au profit de cette plateforme pour gérer les budgets de manière simplifiée et facile. Le support utilisateur est top, réponses rapides.

Cons

La plateforme est en amélioration continue, parfois nous détectons quelques anomalies et le signalons au support utilisateur pour correction. Il faut être vigilants pour détecter les erreurs potentielles.

Efficace ! Outils pertinents et en amélioration constante.

Pros

Ergonomie et facilité de prise en main de l'outil. Le on boarding est prévu et on est très bien accompagné, les utilisateurs entrent très rapidement dans l'outil. Excellent support aux utilisateurs. La communauté est animée régulièrement (webinaires ...) Amélioration constante

Cet outil une fois mis en oeuvre a permis de mettre la lumière sur le budget complexe et touffu de la DSI, fait prendre conscience des coûts inhérents à un système d'information. Au-delà de l'outil de communication il permet un pilotage fin et adapté en tout circonstance : on sait toujours où on en est de son activité, si on l'utilise régulièrement bien sûr.

Pros

Gestion budgétaire facilitée, projections et simulations permettant d'envisager plusieurs scénario de déroulé d'année avec sa direction

Cons

Gestion des ressources internes / externes jusqu'au suivi des temps devient complexe à la mise en oeuvre

c'est génial. simple a utiliser apporte de la visibilité sur l'activité d'une DSI

la structure a 360° des données permet de lire l'information de façon transverse chaque membre de l'équipe utilise a son niveau ce dont il a besoin et via la centralisation de "information le pilotage de la DSI est facilité, autant sur l'aspect budgétaire que sur l'aspect projet et charge

Cons

pas vraiment d'aspect négatif la gestion des taches pourraient gagner encore en ergonomie

Je suis un utilisateur convaincu de l'importance de l'outil Abraxio dans la chaine de valeur de la DSI. Un outil opérationnel pour les équipes qui permet au DSI de faire des analyses macro et partager tout çà avec la direction générale. Un outil qui permet la prise de décision rapide.

Pros

C'est un outil rapide à prendre en main et qui permet de gérer tout type de DSI, ajouter à cela un ITSM et vous avez les moyens de travailler. Une équipe support et R&D à l'écoute de ses clients.

Cons

Un module de saisie des temps qui reste perfectible.
