You easily can add new, edit, remove, reorganize and filter dashboard elements (called “portlets”). Extensive library of preconfigured KPIs and SLAs for user, business and IT infrastructure. Assisted configuration of goals by priority areas during the on-boarding process. **Cons:** Lack of a streamlined user interface for non-IT people. The amount of visual elements displayed by default can be a bit intimidating for non-tech savvy users (suggesting fewer metrics during the initial use of the platform may help here).
