Thorough reports and easy to forward to my Owner/Clients. Pros I like that it is easy to use and navigate the site. Simple to have prospective tenants use Rentspree and eliminate one more thing that I don't have to do! Easy for the folks new to the service to access and apply for my lease listing. I am not able to validate and accuracy of data Pros received only one through Rentspree and 10 or more through Zillow version Cons I haven't formed a full opinion. You have to access to have an opinion. Adjust customer support hours since we have people from all over USA expecting us to work those 7 - 10 am hours. Highly recommend for first time landlords who want to manage the property on their own. Pros Have been using Rent spree to manage my rental property and the software has been of great help to help list the property, get the tenants to apply, run their credit and the further process of collecting rent. Its super user friendly and the makes the whole process seamless. Definitely eliminates the need for a property manager. Cons Could have improved overall user interface to make it look more appealing, give free rental estimates. Referral benefits could be increased. I kept getting calls from their agents saying it was completed but the system still shows in progress. Having been my first time using rentspree, I had difficulty converting all the documentation into a PDF file to submit to the listing agent. But I managed to get the job done. Pros I liked the technology which makes things easier and faster to complete. Cons Although I liked the software, some clients are not that computer saavy and it's difficult to get them to complete their information online. It took seconds to set up and my potential renters found the service very easy to use. If I had gone through my agent it would have cost a lot more. My potential renters paid $30 and were very happy to not spend $75 plus. Cons There were none. everything was transparent and easy to follow. Reason for choosing RentSpree Came recommended.
