The Team from ForceLink is highly committed to understand your business and to ensure the solution is implemented in a way that makes business sense for you. Working with such a motivated team gave me the confidence that even when the going gets tough, we will get exactly what we needed.

Pros

Before we committed to buy, we could see a real life demo for our intended use, which made is super easy to determine whether the solution will work for us. This was possible due to ForceLink's flexibility to customize business processes without code changes and ensured our users got exactly what they needed. The ability to customise and display dashboards to the teams working with ForceLink drives productivity and gives fact based and transparent management reporting.

Cons

Nothing to dislike really, most important though is make sure of good change management for a successful implementation!

Super impressed with the system and customer support has been world class!

Pros

ForceLink allows for easy workflow configuration, to suit your unique business requirements. Drag and drop scheduling, easy to use mobile app, flexible configuration of forms and reports. It does everything you need from a Field Service Management system with the added benefits of flexibility.

Cons

Haven’t found a thing that I don’t like yet.
