The software itself is great to start with but needs some customizing to actually get real valuable data out of it. Overall, I think it is a great addition to any organization looking to improve on the efficiency of their operation. Pros The tile dashboard is a great visual indicator of how the lines are running. You can actually set the limits of when you want actions to be triggered and the operators can react accordingly. Cons I find it quite hard to pull custom reports out of the tool without needing to go in Excel to manipulate the data. Review Source ST Steve T. It is evolving so fast. They are taking our feedback in consideration and are doing modifications so quickly to improve the product and make sure that the customers are satisfied with it. They belive so much in operationnal efficiencies. They are passionnate, they believe in their product and it is great to work with a team like that. Pros The interface, the easiness of the configuration and the implementation. The support is quick and we have a great collaboration with the Worximity implementation Team. They analyse our datas, make sugestions, follow us to make sure that we achieve our goal and push us to go farther than expected at first. Cons The reporting needs to be upgraded but they are working on it. I was part of a demo for they new report and it is promising. The stablity of the connexion. We had few downtime but it might be related to the fact that we are using the old version (Tileboard). We might plan to switch to the new one (Tile+) next year. The service is great and it really helped us. Pros Very easy to use. We use Worximity on most of our production line now. Our availability and OEE are better than ever due to real-time data provided by the software. It really make regular production line, actually "smart", at a surprisingly affordable cost.
