My only issues with ClearView have been a few technical difficulties that were quickly resolved by the wonderful tech support. Customer Support has been very helpful, and always quick. There are a lot of great features of ClearView, so many that we haven't yet discovered how to utilize them all. We are always learning new things.

What I like best is the ability to go to the old format I used as a pledge maker user. I already know how to use that and understand it so I was happy to see that option to hit "operation tools" and there it is. that's just great! :)

Pros

Still new and I only access the old pledge maker site I don't use the Clearview site except to log in.

Cons

To me when I watched the webinar or tutorial a few months ago it seemed confusing and more difficult.

I manage events for Cherry Street Mission both internal and external. Clearview is useful to track the interaction of donors overall and specifically in relation to events. I am not involved in any of the contracting or payment for Clearview so I cannot really speak to the Value for the Money.

With ClearView CRM, we have found solutions for our donor and stewardship programs, including those with unique requirements. Additionally, the solid and reliable back-end database allows us to focus our attention on fundraising solutions rather than pesky application support.
