"One of the best CRMs "

**Pros:** Very easy to use and there is little to no learning curve. Love the CRM aspects of Hubspot and the reporting has been extremely helpful. The Breeze AI assistant has been super fun to utilize and has sped up my workload when utilizing HubSpot.

**Cons:** I wish there were better ways for the program to recognize duplicate entries of potential clients. I do wish there was a way to better organize the home page (maybe this is user error on my part) but it can be a lot to look at when I am trying to find something in the system.

**Cons:** HubSpot CMS Hub can be expensive compared to other CMS systems. The free version is very limited to what it offers.
