## What is ServiceNode?

ServiceNode allows your team to easily manage field service operations with integrated Google Maps, Google Calendar, and QuickBooks. Google and Quickbooks accounts are not necessary for the system to work correctly. However, with this integration, when a new customer/job is created, the event is automatically added to the appropriate technician's calendar and invoice created. Additionally, your field personnel log transactions into the system, keeping your business up to date at all times

The support is awesome as every time I have had an issue it was handled same day or next and the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] takes time to listen to my feedback and try to meet the demands of my business.

Pros

I love the fact that this software is tailor made for the in home appliance repair service business. As far as I know it is the only software designed by an active appliance repair business owner for appliance repair businesses. Adding new users and setting their access levels is super easy and I can give each individual permissions from field user only to admin level if needed. Also, the learning curve is super short and all of my technicians have been able to grasp it the same day they were trained and are off and running with minimal Intervention from me.

Cons

I have no complaints as every issue I have had as been professionally addressed by the designer and resolved in a timely manner.
