It streamlines expense reporting and travel booking effectively, making the process much simpler than manual methods. It's a robust tool that has become indispensable for managing our business travel and personal travel expenses. Pros It really simplifies the process of submitting expenses, especially with the mobile app. Being able to snap a picture of receipts and attach them directly makes tracking what we've spent much easier for the team. The approval workflow is pretty clear too. Cons The user interface can feel a bit dated and sometimes finding specific settings or reports takes longer than it should. Also, the initial setup for custom expense policies felt a bit fiddly to get just right. Cons The least i like about it is the payout days. I wish that it would pay out sooner than a week. Other than that it is a good tool.
