June 21, 2024 1.0 Most pathetic support staff i have even seen in decades. They are full of arrogance. They do not listen to problems you are facing. But rather ready to fight. After the fight intensifies the arrogance support staff tell you go to other software. Because they know the problem you are mentioning that is a actual problem and they cannot fix it. Pros they are cheap. but cheap because they will later cost a huge hole in your pocket by their unstable software. Downtime. Your employees will claim they worked during the time empmonitor was down. But you have no proof of the work. So you will have to pay employees. You save 2-3 dollars a month by not using other software in market. But it will make you pay 20-50 USD to your each employee without any time tracking proof. Cons Aah they are just too many. Downtime- more than 4 times in a month their system goes down. No tracking happens during that time. Faulty billing system- Their billing system is the most faulty and buggy system on earth. Till now they have not been able to implement email alerts for upcoming subscription. They even do not send you email even after the their faulty system suspends your account. It provides total team productivity for better resource utilization, and EMP attendance is utilised to determine pay.
