Pros

Outplay is seriously malleable and has a ton of convenient features we never got with other sales engagement platforms. Never thought I'd want to switch to another platform but once we got rolling with Outplay it was a breeze. Killer CS team and always quick to answer questions.

Cons

Like any platform, transitioning is a pain in the butt but the team at Outplay made it as smooth as possible.

Outplay works as not only a SEP for us but also as the CRM giving vital information about the sales cycle. Also the various articles in Outplay helps in different ways (shout out to Call of Fame)

Over the top customer support, ease of use features

Cons

AI email writing has to be there, the pages can be optimized to give users the ability to choose what they want to see. Eg. Currently I cant see at what time/date a call was made in the list page

Outplay is an exceptional sales engagement platform, it fits all my criteria and they have accommodated to my teams slightly unorthodox approach. The platform is user friendly and the customer support team is attentive and solution oriented. Since implementation of Outplay we have had an influx of meetings as an organization.

Cons

Integration isnt accesible within crm only out.

Pros

The Outplay platform was quick and easy to deploy and begin using. The onboarding experience and implementation were simple, quick, and effective for us. From day one, the team was eager to help us through a number of concerns and issues. Even when issues occurred the team quickly addressed the issues to help find customized solutions for our team. As a sales engagement tool, Outplay has created an easy-to-navigate UX. The platform was intuitive to use from the start with easy-to-use templated processes.

Cons

We need more robust reporting that we were not able to get from Outplay.

Really, really impressed with the customer service, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was always at hand and helped with all the queries I had, the response rate was within a few minutes no mater what time I reached out.

Pros

The ability to set custom triggers which automates so many manual tasks, my personal favourite was the ability to have contacts adding directly to sequences from inception at CRM stage.

Cons

Still has not got a direct integration with LinkedIn which would save even more time when sending out messages as part of a sequence.

The scheduling function helps a lot in order to keep several Business Development projects going that are in different phases. The built-in training was always the first place to go when I had difficulty with a particular function.

Cons

Everything I needed Outplay to do, it did. I can't think of anything I would add.

I contact 100-200 prospects every months; couldn't do with without Outplay. For each prospects I use Outplay's sequence with templates using dynamics fields.

Pros

It has all the functions I need, works well and the customer service is great

Cons

No LinkedIn automation which makes my life slightly harder. Not a deal killer but would be great to have it

This has increased our number of touches by probably 6x a week. I wasn't even looking for a product like this and now I will never get rid of it.

Cons

There was a few security upgrades they needed to make early on but as soon as I brought them up, they were fixed within a week.

Outplay has really helped me manage my activities and increase inbound sales traffic.

Pros

Being able to set up customized Sequences to manage your outreach step-by-step through emails, phone calls, etc helps to keep your sales activities optimized. Inbound traffic has increased substantially. Their integration with Crelate has simplified managing prospects and eliminate data entry.

Cons

There could be more granular reporting around sequences.

Love the concept and that it can connect to a CRM system. There are still a lot of bugs to workout. Need to work with clients more and ask how they use Outplay

Pros

The concept. This is a great tool to have for anyone who has to make a lot of calls or sending out emails/text. Works with CRM systems!

Cons

Not a fan of the calling feature. Feel like the calls get blocked or go to spam. Putting all of the steps together seems like it takes more time to do. When prospect's email bounce, you have to really work out trying to move them to the next step in a sequence.

I started a Free Trial and was impressed enough to sign up as a full client with Outplay. I think that probably speaks for itself. However, it is early days and I am still new to the system - but with the support of the team I am sure that I will remain a customer for a long time

Pros

I use the sequencing feature as this helps me to reach out to potential clients with personalised introductions and follow ups.

Cons

It has taken a bit of trial and error to get things right, but the support that I received from the team - especially \[sensitive content hidden\] has been invaluable and I am now on-track.

I love the "set it and forget it" style. A lot of our standardized follow ups can now be automated and leaves little room for things slipping through the cracks.

Cons

Seems like on occasion the emails from outplay get stuck in spam filters when individual emails get through.
