Pros

Able to Intergrate airbnb VRBO etc into the calendar

Cons

Very slow and lacking features like quote, able to retain customers overall information like bedrooms, bathrooms etc

This software helps run vital elements of my business.It helps with scheduling, sending invoices, making payroll, and taxes. I highly recommend for any business (big or small)looking for advanced software to help run critical parts of their business.

Cons

Options to gather leads, maybe a landing page.

Awesome customer service and support. No question goes unanswered.

Pros

The ease of use and organized interface made the onboarding experience seamless. It's the perfect tool for small businesses that are just getting started with their cleaning company.

Cons

Would love to see a digital signatures feature - allowing clients to sign service agreements for quotes prior to work commencing.

Pricing and the fact they started out a cleaning company and like me need a way to track it all. So I really love supporting other people in the same industry.

Waiting for tip feature to rollout and some features were not there when we started but maidily has been giving excellent support to get the features added
