HouseJet sent numerous leads and their customer service is outstanding. They were willing to work with me to extend my contract and inbound leads. Highly recommend!

Cons

Expectations aren't super clear on how they want you to perform in order to get a refund if contract details aren't met.

Pros

They worked with me to help me with my referral program. They are trying to help me get my ROI and they are working with me and I appreciate that!

Cons

Some leads were not great quality. Some were in areas that I did not serve. I had to move and I was still getting leads in other areas for rentals (we don´t do rentals)

Easy to communicate with online or on the phone. I had trouble setting up my account and support did a nice job helping me.

Pros

All the people you talk to are very nice and very helpful. Each video \[sensitive content hidden\] explained things very clearly.

Cons

A little bit fast on some of the videos. I was not able to set up the house jet app on my phone for some reason.

Pros

The people designing the program are professional, understandable and knowledgeable about the Real Estate business. It appears there is a lot of support and a well thought out plan.

Direction and content is very good. The no nonsense was enlightening. Explanation of product is well done.

Pros

The on boarding process is very easy. I just finished all the video’s and its alot to unpack. I may need to review. I am hopeful that this will be the beginning of a great success story.

The amount of information all at once was a lot. The video's went quickly with the expectations from House Jet.

Overall, it was a good experience, none of the previous leads were ready to communicate. House jet will get me some fresh leads to try....

Pros

Even though I was unable to close any deals my first year, House jet gave me marketing credits, so i have a 2nd chance to try and get something closed for them.

Cons

I was supposed to log into their site daily, which i did not always do, i will be more diligent the 2nd time

Videos are super helpful. I love the nudging that I got from team members to say I need to finish setting up my portal and that I need to finish the start-up short classes at the university to start running my ads. Thank you for the reminder!

It seems a little complicated to me because I am not tech-savvy. The videos are great, and I will watch them multiple times.

Overall not the best but I'm still working with them. I went 12 months without closing a lead and they were nice enough to extend my contract so I can give it another try a little longer.

Pros

Housejet+ is a nice CRM system. Lots of benefits there and I like how their team helps with outreach.

Cons

Not the best leads. A lot of people don't pick up or reply when you call. Leads need a lot of nurturing.
