To make matter worse, they did not honor their money back guarantee. Pros I really liked \[sensitive content hidden\] who onboarding me. He left HJ which should have been my wake-up call. Other than that it went down hill fast. Cons Not One sale in 12 months and they lie about their money back guarantee as you will not get a dime. I am looking forward to getting leads and closing deals. Pros I like the online portal and the app. I also like the ease of putting in your graphics. I am looking forward to the AI component, Lisa. Finally, I like that you can get both buyer and seller leads. Cons I am early in the use of this platform. I do not really like the videos. The best way for me to learn is to do it myself. Pros We were reluctant to get started but now that we have listened to the the tapes we are anxious to get started and are looking forward to much success with this program! Cons There is nothing we don't like about HouseJet at this time. We are just getting started but so far are impressed with the program.
