They will STEAL your monet and hold ypou hostage. MISLEADING ADS!! I signed up with this lead gen company and a few days after I found out they don not "sell" one zip code per agent because they actually pull a radius which will of course overlap with the other zip codes they "sell" to other agents. This was a surprise to me because I specifically wanted leads in two main zip codes in which I work. This is VERY misleading. I did share during the sales call that I would not be happy with majority buyer leads and that sellers were 100% my focus. They said they understood and I was under the impression they would be able to make that a focus. Additionally, the sales agent manager said he would "give me" another zip code for "free" as if he didn't know there was a radius being pulled from the zip code I was already interested in. It is 100% misleading. After I went through marketing to set things up, I quickly realized this service does not align with my business. I asked if they can at the very least run ads at a 50/50 split between buyer seller ads and the response I recieved was "NO, WE CAN'T DO THAT". This was never conveyed during the sales call prior to signing up. I requested a refund because I had just barely signed up and I pointed out there was misleading information and clearly a misunderstanding of this actually being a service that would support my business. They have refused to provide me a refund depsite my many attempts to cancel the contract. Most companies would honor a recision if a client was not happy or felt mislead. I have expressed my concern with managment repeatedly and they still refuse and are trying to hold me hostage to a contract that I do not want to be in. I even told them I do not trust them after experiencing this and still they do not refund me and hold me hostage in a contract. Every Agent should BEWARE!!!! Searching engine: which is the main purpose for the clients. clear map with excellent property information on the left side of the page that give the 3 main property categories that comes in mind. If you can include or add more information about the property like the property type e.g. a church, house..., it would be more valuable. I tried to pick a random search option and I end up with a church building (I was looking for a 1 bed with 3 bath house). Moreover, if you add a green button to the "Active" word when you click in the chosen property, it will make it more efficient. 2. It combines the detailed search capabilities users expect with a human-centric approach which combine technology and expert agent guide, to the otherwise agent relationships only in most realty sites. The platform is best suited for consumers who want more than just a list of homes, where they want a guided experience backed by local data with unbias and vetted professionals which the site seems to offer. However some improvements in the homepage images selection, CTA and additional info would make the site more attractive and creditable to both buyers and sellers, not to mention prospective agents as well. Pros I like the user friendly property search tool which gives filter options for type of properties and amenities plus I can reach out to their agents to get advice for specific property. Cons The home page photos seems to be more from a stock photo rather than actual photos of property images and buyers or sellers. It would be good if they can incorporate image sliders of real property images in n their listing which are more attractive and beautiful.
