NA Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Agents BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY" January 30, 2026 1.0 BEWARE! They will STEAL your monet and hold ypou hostage. MISLEADING ADS!! I signed up with this lead gen company and a few days after I found out they don not "sell" one zip code per agent because they actually pull a radius which will of course overlap with the other zip codes they "sell" to other agents. This was a surprise to me because I specifically wanted leads in two main zip codes in which I work. This is VERY misleading. I did share during the sales call that I would not be happy with majority buyer leads and that sellers were 100% my focus. They said they understood and I was under the impression they would be able to make that a focus. Additionally, the sales agent manager said he would "give me" another zip code for "free" as if he didn't know there was a radius being pulled from the zip code I was already interested in. It is 100% misleading. After I went through marketing to set things up, I quickly realized this service does not align with my business. I asked if they can at the very least run ads at a 50/50 split between buyer seller ads and the response I recieved was "NO, WE CAN'T DO THAT". This was never conveyed during the sales call prior to signing up. I requested a refund because I had just barely signed up and I pointed out there was misleading information and clearly a misunderstanding of this actually being a service that would support my business. They have refused to provide me a refund depsite my many attempts to cancel the contract. Most companies would honor a recision if a client was not happy or felt mislead. I have expressed my concern with managment repeatedly and they still refuse and are trying to hold me hostage to a contract that I do not want to be in. I even told them I do not trust them after experiencing this and still they do not refund me and hold me hostage in a contract. Every Agent should BEWARE!!!! Realtor Real Estate Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Broken Platform, Unqualified Leads, Refused Refund" August 28, 2025 1.0 I enrolled in HouseJet’s Pay Per Closing program with the understanding that if I followed all the steps and didn’t close a deal in 12 months, I’d receive a full refund. Unfortunately, the platform never functioned correctly. I experienced constant technical problems—couldn’t log in consistently, leads were locked or frozen, call logging didn’t work, and even my uploaded contacts weren’t followed up on. I reached out multiple times through tech support and by phone and was repeatedly told they were working on it. When I asked if I needed to continue logging in while the system was broken, I was told I was “good to wait out the 12 months.” Leads I received were not remotely viable—most couldn’t qualify for a mortgage and had no real interest in buying. In my market, homes under $100K don’t exist, yet every lead I received was well below that price point. Despite completing the training and following their policies, I was denied the refund—and then locked out of my account. I filed a complaint with the BBB, the Missouri Attorney General, and my credit card company (AMEX). This company did not deliver what they promised and used fine print and system errors to avoid issuing the refund they advertise. Buyer beware. Pros Housejet seemed promising; the interface was good on the surface, and I liked the videos and training. Cons The Automations did not work. Their customer service, though friendly was not immediately available and was not able to ever fix the system so that it would function properly. They did not honor their contract to refund my money. What stood out about HouseJet was their pay at closing option. I really appreciate that they don’t require a large upfront payment, and knowing the deposit is refundable if it doesn’t work out gave me confidence to move forward.
