"They tell me I am doing everything correctly then when it's time to review my yearly contract they say no! 100 bogus leads with invalid phone numbers, people never signing up, people from outstate and even a realtor! ### "Agents BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY"

BEWARE! They will STEAL your monet and hold ypou hostage. MISLEADING ADS!! I signed up with this lead gen company and a few days after I found out they don not "sell" one zip code per agent because they actually pull a radius which will of course overlap with the other zip codes they "sell" to other agents. This was a surprise to me because I specifically wanted leads in two main zip codes in which I work. This is VERY misleading. I did share during the sales call that I would not be happy with majority buyer leads and that sellers were 100% my focus. They said they understood and I was under the impression they would be able to make that a focus. Additionally, the sales agent manager said he would "give me" another zip code for "free" as if he didn't know there was a radius being pulled from the zip code I was already interested in. It is 100% misleading. After I went through marketing to set things up, I quickly realized this service does not align with my business. I asked if they can at the very least run ads at a 50/50 split between buyer seller ads and the response I recieved was "NO, WE CAN'T DO THAT". This was never conveyed during the sales call prior to signing up. I requested a refund because I had just barely signed up and I pointed out there was misleading information and clearly a misunderstanding of this actually being a service that would support my business. They have refused to provide me a refund depsite my many attempts to cancel the contract. Most companies would honor a recision if a client was not happy or felt mislead. I have expressed my concern with managment repeatedly and they still refuse and are trying to hold me hostage to a contract that I do not want to be in. I even told them I do not trust them after experiencing this and still they do not refund me and hold me hostage in a contract. Every Agent should BEWARE!!!! They are very misleading and cannot be trusted.

My real estate career has spanned over 30 years in different venues. I started in the real estate marketing venue, became a Sales Manager for a New Home Builder and then received my agent’s license. Going out on my own as an agent was different than having buyers come to me through a model home door. Acquiring buyers and sellers through various means of advertising, obtaining face to face opportuntites can be challenging, and referrals soon begin to dwindle. I have reviewed and discussed different lead generation companies, analyzed throughly and believe HouseJet is my answer to promoting myself and my unique talents and experience to obtain qualified and serious buyers and sellers to help boost my productivity in my business.

The HouseJet Team, whether its your intital sales person or the support team are very ready to answers questions when needed. Always friendly and very knowledgable of their company and how it best works with the right tools to help you grow your business.

I haven't come across any issues with working with the satff at HouseJet or any lack of the promised success of the company's nerit.

I was very reluctant to pay the upfront fee as I have been mis led so many times before but so far I am pleased. I am just getting through training but I have a strong feeling this is the missing piece I need to grow my business and my team! I will keep you updated as things progress!!!

The automated search and filtering features work smoothly and allow users to quickly find listings by city or ZIP code. I also liked the map-based view, which helps visualize properties by location. The platform feels accessible and provides good value since it is free to use for browsing listings, and I did not encounter any security issues while using the site.

Cons

On mobile devices, some user interface elements need improvement. The sidebar menu text appears slightly misaligned, and spacing could be more consistent. During account creation, error messages sometimes overlap with input fields, making the form feel crowded. Overall, the site is well laid out, is very informative about housing, and appealing. Home page: I like how you can enter a city and state and be immediately brought to houses in that city. I like on the footer of the page how you can select to browse homes for sale in specific states finding top cities in a state for home sales. Search page: selecting choices seemed a little slow from the drop-down lists. I liked the criteria you can select within the Search page and spots immediately show up for you to check out and drill into when clicked. It just so happened where the house that I clicked on, didn’t have an image. It did list similar houses with pictures and prices, and when clicking on those pictures, it provided the specific picture, price, address, and listing agent. All the details of the house were clearly laid out along with a map. Very nice. Mortgages menu: I like the choice of buying or refinancing a home the page gives taking you through the entire process. Very informative. Home Value page: Great information on finding out how much your home is worth in order for you to make informed decisions about what to do if you choose to get equity out of your home or sell it. Blog page: This page is an absolute gold mine filled with informative topics in order to maximize your homes’ financial potential. This is invaluable to a user who takes their home value seriously. About Us page: It’s important to understand that HouseJet partners with Local Area Experts instead of other companies that exist just to sell leads back to agents who will pay for them. Partner page: this is a great tool to have. You can never have enough leads for additional sales and partnering with HouseJet makes this happen. A very wise financial decision. Overall, this website is fantastic.

Cons

About Us page: It’s important to understand that HouseJet partners with Local Area Experts instead of other companies that exist just to sell leads back to agents who will pay for them. However, when clicking on “Who is my local area expert”, it would be advantageous for that page to display contact information on who that local area expert is. After all, that’s what the button says, but when you get to the page, no local area expert is listed. Headers need to be displayed on every page.

### "Don’t fall into this trap"

Every single person who I spoke with, was either not interested already had their agent and was just looking, or they ghosted me. Many people told me they weren’t even looking for a house. Many others told me that they didn’t put their own name and address in there. I have emailed three different people at HouseJet and no one has responded to me. I want my initial deposit back because this is unbelievable. The leads were subpar. And what was going on with all the people who were like I’m not looking. I don’t need anybody and this was a paper clothes. You would think you guys would want to get paid! I feel like a complete idiot for giving you $2000 for nothing. And you said I would get a refund however I haven’t gotten the refund even though I’ve worked all the leads.

The sales pitch was pretty good, too bad it wasn’t what it was meant to be. Too bad that you didn’t tell the truth about your company..

Cons

I didn’t like the fact that I have worked every single lead and nothing has turned— not one thing. Basically I was lied to to get $2000 out of me and I don’t like being lied to.

What I liked the most was how it appeared very simple to search online and get a home without the physical stress of going from one location to the other. I can just use the map imbedded in the platform to get the location.

one area for improvement could be, including a brief guide on eligibility for pre-approved loans, which would further support first time buyers.

I had a great experience using HouseJet to search for properties in the US. The mobile app is excellent with a super clean interface and easy navigation between map and list views. I really liked how they integrated financing options directly into the platform, making it easy to get pre-approved while browsing. The desktop version also works well with good search filters, though I prefer the mobile one. Overall, it's a solid platform for property hunting, especially if you prefer browsing on your phone.

It is easy to comprehend and navigate. The moment you get into it, it is simple to know where to begin and how to get to the properties you need.

Pros

Property prices are clearly stated, which makes it easier to browse listings with a specific budget in mind. Also, the filter options are sufficient and effective, allowing users to narrow down listings based on their preferences without difficulty.

Cons

In some listings, the property descriptions are too condensed. The dense wording makes them difficult to read and can cause users to lose interest quickly. Breaking the content into shorter paragraphs or bullet points would improve readability. Some properties have a limited number of photos. Including more images would help buyers better visualise the property and feel more confident in their decision-making.

The greatest thing about HouseJet is by far Customer support, its top notch and responsive, you also have price point, continuing education, its constantly getting better based on what we Realtors need! It literally is what you make it, if you really work these leads you will get closings. I ten times my money with these guys!! check them out you'll be glad you did!! I fully recommend and just reactivated for the 2nd time1!

Not enough experience using the program to give an overall review although I found that the concept of the Business referring real estate leads through the website and having a team to assist the agent will give potential buyers and sellers reassurance and feel secured when dealing with one of us agents.

In just one week of signing up with HouseJet I’m already seeing results, 9 quality leads so far! Honestly I’m really impressed. what really stands out is their excellent customer service. if there was a rating higher than 5 star, I’d give it to them.

Pros

I love their attention to details in capturing high quality-leads that are genuinely interested for my product.

Cons

They need to provide more in-depth analytics on the lead, maybe some insights but overall they are super great.

Cons

Home Page Experience: Currently, the homepage lacks immediate visuals of available properties. Displaying featured homes with prices and descriptions on the homepage would help users understand the platform at a glance.

### "Excellent Real Estate CRM with Leads!"

User friendly, exceptional training with \[sensitive content hidden\], leads included in price, MLS integrated. Best Real Estate CRM to build your business.

Pros

After going through most of the training modules, I find \[sensitive content hidden\] absolutely fascinating! He is so very clearcut in all he of his teaching modules. He is completely understandable and sensible. He genuinely speaks from his years of experience, I can tell! I needed two things, 1) Leads and 2) a great CRM. I have to say, this CRM is so complete and user friendly. It clearly lays out step by step everything you could ever need to build your real estate business. It’s so worth the upfront cost I paid and plan to keep it for years to come at a very low monthly fee that includes leads. Crazy! As for the leads… I have not yet gotten to the point of receiving them, they’re on the way. Here is my take on any leads… Leads are leads. So many factors go into what you can get. We’re in a weird market at present so I’m hoping for the best and expecting nothing is perfect. So that is my review and I’m sticking to it. Good Luck to us all!

Cons

I have not as of yet come across anything remotely relating to a con. I am looking forward to building my Real Estate Business with Homejet!

The website has a clean and modern layout with appealing visuals. The navigation is intuitive making it easy for we users to browse listings. The property descriptions are detailed and informative and they are also supported by high quality images. However, the page load speed could be improved especially on mobile devices and also the customer support can be improved.

### "I haven't made a sale yet, but the potential is there..."

I have not yet closed any purchases or sales with them yet, but the leads showing potential is there...

Pros

This CRM has many features found in GoHighLevel. Keeping track of the call attempts and responses from the lead.

Cons

Some of the option selections could be in a better easier to find layout. The positions appear to have been better before.
