Pros

  • Ease of use - this is great for folks that aren't techies - and the support team is great anytime you have questions.

  • I liked the way the program is set up , the crm is easy to use and they guarantee you leads. I like that they offer training, there customer support great.

  • Thank you very much for this opportunity, I do have remorse for not converting any leads. Good luck in 2024 and the future and God Speed.

  • So far, this has been a positive experience. I appreciate the transparency and awesome support.

Cons

  • After over a year of stress, countless hours, and no actual support beyond generic videos and unhelpful customer service, I was denied my refund request. Their guarantee is misleading.

  • They are disputing my bank disputes and telling the bank that I signed a contract, which I did not, so my banks and credit card company had to reverse the charges.

  • When I went to cancel the website, that's when things went left. They locked my account, kept my money and I had to dispute it with my bank and credit card companies.

  • The leads are horrible and a waste of time. I had several meetings with them.

"Follow the steps provided, do the work."

Overall: Incredible so far! A company full of happy people is probably not receiving negative calls all day. I have been in a better mood every time I have had to make a call. to House Jet

Pros: This is potentially the best R.O.I. marketing I have. When I saw the ad for HomeJet, I was fortunate enough to speak with [sensitive content hidden]. (If you are considering calling, start dialing now and ask for [sensitive content hidden].) He explained the concept to me, and I loved it! I want to win. No, I want to dominate and grow. We are a team within Compass on the verge of scaling into other markets. HOUSEJET IS BY FAR THE VERY BEST SUPPORT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!! Housejet has been AMAZING!!! Bottom line: I have probably spoken to 5-7 HouseJet team members, and I remember each of their names. Not only were they happy to help, but they were happy people and fun to talk to. STARTING WITH THE PERSON THAT ANSWERS YOUR CALL, UNTIL YOU HANG UP. THEY ALL WANT YOU TO SUCCEED. This system appears to require work and follow-up. An actual salesperson and the sky is the limit. If you are an order taker who only cares about moving houses for a commission check, this might not be for you. Now, If you will excuse me, I’m going to grab some coffee and finish entering my last closing through the brokerage website.

Cons: When I find something I am not happy with I will let you know.

"Waste of money "

Overall: This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. A complete waste of money, the few leads I had were bogus and not anywhere in my service area. Then no leads for months & they couldn’t n figure out why. It’ll be a year in February and only have 1 legitimate contact out of it. A waste of $3,000!! Don’t waste your money. Aka - Pay Per Closing. Don’t be fooled!!!

Pros: Nothing to like about this company!!! I put a lot of effort into trying this with zero results.

Cons: A few low quality leads not even in my service area. The salesman lied, I was sold something completely different.

"Looking for a new lead/referral service?"

Overall: So far very professional. I am looking forward to using all their tools and growing my business.

Pros: Housejet University was very thorough and easy to follow.

Cons: Everything is new to me and I have not found anything I least liked.

"Worth having a look at."

Overall: Very good. Support called back, swapped out photos to enhance ads.

Pros: It took approximately 13 days for leads to kick in. I have had 4 buyer leads for HouseJet, These are typical of internet leads. No “ready to buy now” leads. And two seller leads from added FB paid ads in last five days. I plan on stopping by these leads if they don’t respond to my VMs or emails.

Cons: None as of today. Support called back. Explain ramp-up cycle, and leads started.

"Quick launch review"

Overall: So far, I am excited. I am hopeful that we will mesh together and help each other reach our goals

Pros: the fact that there is a system, which will help to prevent leads from slipping through my fingers which should result into more closings..

Cons: As with anything new you tend to shy away from change but understanding that the change is going to enable you to reach your goals should be enough motivation to embrace it.

"My HouseJet Experience! "

"Never use it lead are not lead"

Overall: Very disappointed to be victims of a fraud

Pros: At the beginning they looked organized , the first video looked nice but then they tell you to watch the video again and it is different here you see something it is not right

Cons: They lie all the time , they promised they send lead but they send phone number of people who not want be called

"Starting with House Jet"

Overall: So far, my experience has been great! Very professional and I am very hopeful.

Pros: I am just starting with House Jet. I am very impressed with the videos I just watched they are very clear and on point. I have tried several other lead generating companies without much luck. I am very excited to get started with an AI system. You need to use advanced technology or you will get left behind. Thank you for this opportunity.

Cons: Hard to say, I'm just getting started. If they are half as good as they appear to be, I am going to be on my way to success.

"SCAM!!!!!!!"

Overall: Wores experience and waste of money be careful signing up

Pros: There was not one Pro to this service nothing they said is real.

Cons: The leads were a joke. I had to. keep calling to verify marketing did not receive the amount of leads they said I would and they kept telling me it was something to do with face book blocking the ads. The money back guarantee is a joke they find ever excuse not to refund your money. Once you cancel and ask for refund they block you from the account

That means we spoke with them and they picked a time they wanted to speak with you. There is some work on the agent's end to follow up with the appointments if they don't answer right on time. As you know the guarantee is not a joke, our support team spoke with you today and shared that our board will need to review your account first before making a decision.

"Complete Garbage Product + No Ethics"

Overall: Horrible company run by horrible people. They lie to get you to sign up, then lie to avoid refunding your money under their bogus "money back guarantee." AVOID at all costs!

Pros: Not a thing to like. Complete crap and incompetence from their entire team.

Cons: Failed to produce the leads promised in writing. They then did not stand behind their money-back guarantee despite me doing everything I was instructed to do. They are fraudsters.

"SO far so good"

Overall: the customer service has been terrific, if I'm stuck on something they have answered every single time.

Pros: I decided to go with House Jet as a lead gen solution because of what they say they offer. The training so far as been pretty good. It is easy to get some one on the phone to help. They have been in touch with me through the set-up process and have let me know ways to improve my clicks. I’m pretty new to this and haven’t converted a lead yet but feel pretty confident it is only a matter of time.

Cons: It can be overwhelming at first, once I have the time to really dig in Im sure it will be fine

"Waste of time and money"

Overall: My overall experience was a waste of time and money, neither of them will be returned to me...

Pros: The web site that is generated for you looked great.

Cons: They promised qualified leads, I gave them three months to produce one person for me to speak to and the one person out of 40 leads was in the shower and had zero interest in a conversation at all! I wasted extremely valuable time chasing dead ends and not to mention the $2,700.00 for the buy In. OpCity absolutely has 100% better leads and that does not say a whole lot.

Reasons for Switching to HouseJet: Wanted verified leads with a smaller commission split.

"My thoughts "

Overall: It took a bit to get the leads coming in, but whatever adjustment was made by marketing is working. However, the response/pick-up rate is very low. I know that once there are more opportunities the rate will adjust.

Pros: The information that is collected allows for multiple options to contact the lead.

Cons: I feel the response time for the AI bot is slow. Especially since we want to connect while it is still on their mind.

Reasons for Choosing HouseJet: Was referred by another agent whom I trust in their opinions. After talking with the rep I felt confident in what she relayed.

"The worst Lead generation company I have ever used"

Overall: Horrible, horrible and worse than that. Can I say less than 0 on my rating?

Pros: Nothing. Some of their support people were decent, some had chips on their shoulders. I really hate this whole experience and I am stuck with them for a year. They don't give you your money back unless you attend all their training sessions etc etc etc. The whole idea is to take your money for a horrendous product and never give it back.

Cons: Everything. They say they give you leads. This is not a lead generation company. They do not vet the leads-you get people who have no idea that they will be connected with someone. You don't even know if they are Buyers or Sellers

"Great avenue to build or expand your business."

Overall: So far it has been wonderful. I have had a great experience from the initial call when I asked them to contact me, to getting started on their platform. Very detailed without taking too much time to get through the startup procedure.

Pros: Options to help you grow your business and your brand at a low cost and a low referral fee.

Cons: Cons: So far the only thing I can think of is that not everyone will have the startup fee available. Although relatively low to some, it may cause second guessing to others that are just starting out.

"Do Not Use for Laad Generation"

Overall: The Support Staff Laughed at my concerns. They do not take their company or business seriously. The sales staff does a superior job of over-promising. The support staff does a superior job of underdelivering.

Pros: I did not like anything about HouseJet. If I can tell everyone enough to stay away. I will every chance I get. They go under the name House Jet, Market Maker, and Pay per Closing.

Cons: Their Ad Lead images are still not fixed in my Market. The Lead form photos are of Home designs and styles in numerous different markets. I have had numerous conversations to correct the issues. They do not listen to me about the lead form images. They never finalized my marketing package until I asked about it. The leads are extremely unresponsive. The ISA's barely called the leads as promised in the training videos. Bad Phone Numbers and emails. Their Ad copy is outdated. You don't know if it is a buyer or a seller lead. It is probably the worst lead Ad copy I have ever seen.

We pick out stock photos for you but we do request that you send over your own listings for your area as they perform better in your marketing. Our ad copy performs and is always being A/B tested. Our leads do not just come from social platforms but also HouseJet.com where you can see what homes they looked at for what price and bed/bath range. They also come from users who go directly to your housejet.com website since we have a single domain strategy to drive traffic to your site when people google homes in your area. We like to believe that there are no bad leads, there is just bad follow-up. They are handing over their data to you, and we have many other agents closing these leads. We can see from your inactive profile there is no follow-up happening, this may be why you're unhappy with the results.

"From a 10 year Realtor - Scam company - Do not Use"

Overall: despicable product, horrendous customer service, trap you in and then take your money. SCAM. as a Realtor, do not think they will send you viable "leads"

Cons: nothing. they continued to blame me for sending wrong and inappropriate pictures to correctly target the demo audience. clearly, they don't understand how to run ads. all data and information was either faked, or incorrectly given by the consumer

We aim to provide all clients with the best customer service and always aim to answer calls within the first two rings in our support department. We want to give all of our agents their money back right after they close a lead with us. We also offer the worst agent, worst market, and worst luck ever refund if they cannot close after 12 months of partnering with us.

"Less than one month in and Housejet is already keeping me busy!"

Overall: Happy so far....I'll let you know when our first clients go to escrow! :-)

Pros: I began receiving leads immediately...day one!!

Cons: Be awatre that many leads are top of funnel, and not ready to transact today....but constant communication and effective nurture will pay dividends
