Cons The start up buy in price of product seems a bit high. Especially since they will be getting from 20% up to 30% on each client they refer to you and you close, all dependent on which level you purchase. They said they would give you your set up fees back if you don’t like the service but then you go and ask for it and they deny you and say you didn’t meet the criteria and they can’t find your contract. Completely worthless. I wasted around $3000 with these folks and didn’t make one single deal. I have another source for leads and have a great return of income. Pros They do get in contact with leads, but that is about it. 90% of the leads don’t show up for the phone call. Cons The leads are horrible and a waste of time. I had several meetings with them. These folks are not ready to buy, pretty sure all of them have credit issues. My experience has been good so far though. Pros My reason for signing up is because I didn’t have to pay a monthly fee for leads. I wanted something where if I sold a property through a lead I got, then I would pay part of the commission. If I don’t sell something, then I don’t lose money. That was a win-win for me!
