Pros

Warm, approachable typography — gives the brand a friendly, trustworthy feel right away. Clean, tidy layout — pages feel organised; content sections are easy to scan. Logical user flow — the primary tasks (search, mortgages, valuation) follow a sensible progression. Strong hero visuals — compelling imagery that sets the right tone (just needs tighter copy/spacing). Clear primary CTAs — calls-to-action are present and positioned where users expect them. Good foundation for multimedia — the structure will support adding videos/walkthroughs later without breaking the layout. Small fixes = big impact — most issues are polish (contrast, spacing, alignment), so improvements will be fast and high-return.

The website has many great features. As a client, it is very easy to navigate and find the information you need to make an important decision. Afterwards, you can contact the real estate agent to proceed with the purchase.

Pros

The experience of using the HouseJet website was very smooth and user-friendly, with clear guidance throughout the property search process. It offers all the options a client needs to explore, and you can easily receive the information you are looking for. The site provides specific details that help you better evaluate each property. The first information you see is the location and the listing price. If you are interested, you can then access more details such as the size, number of rooms, parking spaces, and other features. The pictures of each property are very well done. They give you a clear perspective of the space and its potential uses. Most of the photos show the property both with and without furniture, allowing you to imagine different possibilities. They also highlight the natural lighting you would get, making the presentation feel very professional. I also like that you can easily see a summary of the key information, such as whether the garage is open or covered, the number of levels, how many bathrooms there are, and other important details

Cons

Based on my experience, I would recommend that although the pictures are very professional, they sometimes look unrealistic. It might feel more authentic to show the actual photos first, and then have a separate section displaying how the property could look with different designs. Another recommendation is that the main image on the website should showcase more properties—perhaps in a collage—or even include real families or real estate agents. This would make the experience feel more familiar and relatable.

I like on the footer of the page how you can select to browse homes for sale in specific states finding top cities in a state for home sales. Search page: selecting choices seemed a little slow from the drop-down lists. I liked the criteria you can select within the Search page and spots immediately show up for you to check out and drill into when clicked. It just so happened where the house that I clicked on, didn’t have an image. It did list similar houses with pictures and prices, and when clicking on those pictures, it provided the specific picture, price, address, and listing agent. All the details of the house were clearly laid out along with a map. Very nice. Mortgages menu: I like the choice of buying or refinancing a home the page gives taking you through the entire process. Very informative. Home Value page: Great information on finding out how much your home is worth in order for you to make informed decisions about what to do if you choose to get equity out of your home or sell it. Blog page: This page is an absolute gold mine filled with informative topics in order to maximize your homes’ financial potential. This is invaluable to a user who takes their home value seriously. About Us page: It’s important to understand that HouseJet partners with Local Area Experts instead of other companies that exist just to sell leads back to agents who will pay for them. Partner page: this is a great tool to have. You can never have enough leads for additional sales and partnering with HouseJet makes this happen. A very wise financial decision. Overall, this website is fantastic.

About Us page: It’s important to understand that HouseJet partners with Local Area Experts instead of other companies that exist just to sell leads back to agents who will pay for them. However, when clicking on “Who is my local area expert”, it would be advantageous for that page to display contact information on who that local area expert is. After all, that’s what the button says, but when you get to the page, no local area expert is listed. Headers need to be displayed on every page.

### "Don’t fall into this trap"

Every single person who I spoke with, was either not interested already had their agent and was just looking, or they ghosted me. Many people told me they weren’t even looking for a house. Many others told me that they didn’t put their own name and address in there. I have emailed three different people at HouseJet and no one has responded to me. I want my initial deposit back because this is unbelievable. The leads were subpar. And what was going on with all the people who were like I’m not looking. I don’t need anybody and this was a paper clothes. You would think you guys would want to get paid! I feel like a complete idiot for giving you $2000 for nothing. And you said I would get a refund however I haven’t gotten the refund even though I’ve worked all the leads.

The sales pitch was pretty good, too bad it wasn’t what it was meant to be. Too bad that you didn’t tell the truth about your company..

Cons

I didn’t like the fact that I have worked every single lead and nothing has turned— not one thing. Basically I was lied to to get $2000 out of me and I don’t like being lied to.

Join Housejet this year although knew of the company prior to even being called housejet. The training is great and once you are into the program you see how easy it will be to create processes that you can continually know to improve the flow of your leads. Most CRM’s share the best practices but housejet shows you how to put all the pieces together from beginning to the end. I have been in real estate for 14 years and been very successful and yes I have processes, but today while going through the system I realize that there are a few holes in my processes that HouseJet clarified with seeing thier processes. Some of which will save me some time in assisting my clients at the right time. Will follow up with a recap after a few months in the system but so far is well worth the investment.

Processed built out for the flow of leads Video Learning to help you get up and running sooner Great referral program benefits Scripts for Sellers and Buyers that focus on the client and direct questions to get to the appointment. So much more would suggest giving them a try.

Dont have any at this time as I am in the early stages with this company. Although the fast start part of the program gets you set up in no time.

Incredibly detailed and easy to follow, this site breaks down the entire mortgage system from start to finish. Consider this my ultimate all-in-one resource for home financing

The security feature is great, members are required to login to access their account. It is rich in content, covering every aspect of the House loans and mortgage system. That's a great value for the clients money. I’m really impressed with the site. The User interface is great and it’s very easy to get around. I love the mature and beautiful color scheme. It feels very professional. Everything is working perfectly, the links are fully responsive, and the page load times are impressively fast.

Cons

There is no chatbot feature on the site. Clients have questions, there is a need for a chatbot with real time agents 247 to answer and resolve issues. You should also add a form for sending enquires, this form should contain the client emails so you can follow up and engage further.

HouseJet is a real estate site that has a lot of potential. The real estate search engine is easy to use and has a lot of detailed real estate listings for my area, from a wide variety of budgets. The website’s blog offers a robust wealth of information surrounding the topic of real estate. I'm excited to see how HouseJet is going to grow and revolve from this point. Great start!

Cons

As a user, I don't see the differentiating factors that would influence me to use this over other real estate websites. There are references on the site to being different than "Big Wall Street Tech," but I'm not really finding what that means to me as a consumer when they are both essentially offering the same thing, direct access to local real estate agents. They may be "local area experts," but what does that mean to me? Am I saving money on HouseJet compared to other platforms? Are there more listings here that aren't on the other websites? I see that the site proclaims offering the "best advice available," but what does that mean in practice? A solution that could differentiate it from other platforms may be adding more examples of human experience to the site. For example, the "About Us" screen offers a sea of faces that don't get much into the story of each person. It would be nice to see the story of the \[sensitive content hidden\] and why he started HouseJet, to give me some insight into the people that I'm supporting by using this website instead of other sites. Also, it could be good to add some testimonials so people could see what getting the "best advice available" could translate to in practice. It could also offer a feeling of community that comes from being involved with the website and using it. Solidifying the sense of connection and community with the \[sensitive content hidden\] , local area experts, and other users of HouseJet may be what sets it apart long-term in an industry that's often trading in human connection for immense AI usage.

### "Broken Platform, Unqualified Leads, Refused Refund"

I enrolled in HouseJet’s Pay Per Closing program with the understanding that if I followed all the steps and didn’t close a deal in 12 months, I’d receive a full refund. Unfortunately, the platform never functioned correctly. I experienced constant technical problems—couldn’t log in consistently, leads were locked or frozen, call logging didn’t work, and even my uploaded contacts weren’t followed up on. I reached out multiple times through tech support and by phone and was repeatedly told they were working on it. When I asked if I needed to continue logging in while the system was broken, I was told I was “good to wait out the 12 months.” Leads I received were not remotely viable—most couldn’t qualify for a mortgage and had no real interest in buying. In my market, homes under $100K don’t exist, yet every lead I received was well below that price point. Despite completing the training and following their policies, I was denied the refund—and then locked out of my account. I filed a complaint with the BBB, the Missouri Attorney General, and my credit card company (AMEX). This company did not deliver what they promised and used fine print and system errors to avoid issuing the refund they advertise. Buyer beware.

Housejet seemed promising; the interface was good on the surface, and I liked the videos and training.

Cons

The Automations did not work. Their customer service, though friendly was not immediately available and was not able to ever fix the system so that it would function properly. They did not honor their contract to refund my money.

I was initially skeptical when I signed up for HouseJet, but after completing the Fast Start training and seeing the systems and tools they have in place, I’m completely convinced. Everything is designed to support real success, and it shows.

I was initially skeptical when I signed up for HouseJet, but after completing the Fast Start training and seeing the systems and tools they have in place, I’m completely convinced. Everything is designed to support real success, and it shows.

Cons

The only downside is that there’s a lot to take in at first. The systems are powerful, so you do need to invest time in the training to fully understand everything—but that’s also what makes it effective.

Great onboarding, great platform, awesome support I got success because I followed instruction. Easy peasy!

Pros

The greatest thing about HouseJet is by far Customer support, its top notch and responsive, you also have price point, continuing education, its constantly getting better based on what we Realtors need! It literally is what you make it, if you really work these leads you will get closings. I ten times my money with these guys!! check them out you'll be glad you did!! I fully recommend and just reactivated for the 2nd time1!

Cons

Really don't see the con, you pay, they set you up, you do your part in follow up and notation, you'll get deals!!

Not enough experience using the program to give an overall review although I found that the concept of the Business referring real estate leads through the website and having a team to assist the agent will give potential buyers and sellers reassurance and feel secured when dealing with one of us agents.

Pros

The platform concept sounds rewarding and Real Estate Agents are needing the help in this market. Knowing that you will receive active leads sent to you that have been diverted through a system creating a team sounds promising.

Cons

The surveys should be done after 3 months of using the product to be able to give an adequate review.

Good, my experience with \[sensitive content hidden\] in Support was very helpful. I would give her 5 stars. She answered all my questions and helped me when I needed it

Pros

Everything has been good so far. I need to experience the help Iwill be given by Housejet and the leads that will be generated in my area before I can give a true rating. Also, when joining the company and paying my fee, the initial contact or the one who takes our money needs to let us know that there is an $87 fee to continue with all of the specialties after 60 days. That should be a part of the decision-making to join. I’ll do another review at the end of 60 days. Have a blessed day!

### "Beyond disappointed."

Horrible! Kept me on the phone for over an hour, and we were no further along than we were 5minutes into the conversation. How can you get mad at me when I proved you wrong? Just admit your mistake. I never said I was mad, nor was I rude to him. I simply explained my point to him and when I asked him a simple yes or no question. Instead of apologizing and making it right. He just hung up on me instead. Very unprofessional.

Pros

Absolutely liked, 0% of my experience. It kept me on the phone for over an hour. The first person who called me was only there for two months. He tried, and he was kind, but he couldn't answer any of my questions. The next guy is his boss. Was very unprofessional and rude. Because he could not get his story straight, and I caught him in a couple of lies. When I called him out on it, he hung up on me. I beleive his name was \[sensitive content hidden\].

Cons

They did not know their, product well enough to explain it to the point that I could understand it. When I challenged him. He said, would you rather just join Zillow, then they will just take anyone. If you want something for free, we are not the place for you. I never said I wanted anything for free. I just want you to make me feel like I can trust you, and that I will be getting exactly what you're telling me. Well he failed miserably. Tried to talk down to me, and when the going got tuff. Instead of being patient and trying to work it out, he just hung up on me.

It is easy to comprehend and navigate. The moment you get into it, it is simple to know where to begin and how to get to the properties you need.

Pros

Property prices are clearly stated, which makes it easier to browse listings with a specific budget in mind. Also, the filter options are sufficient and effective, allowing users to narrow down listings based on their preferences without difficulty.

Cons

In some listings, the property descriptions are too condensed. The dense wording makes them difficult to read and can cause users to lose interest quickly. Breaking the content into shorter paragraphs or bullet points would improve readability. Some properties have a limited number of photos. Including more images would help buyers better visualise the property and feel more confident in their decision-making.

good. However was not happy with the fact I could not communicate directly from the website and had to set up seperate system for communicating with leads---unless I paid extra.

Pros

very responsive to inquiries. Provided several leads, with some very responsive and others not so much.

Cons

The leads were not as good as hoped. Was not able to respond and communicate with leads directly on the website without an extra charge.

Pros

Low cost threshold of entry, and the exceptional customer support and level of responsiveness sets HouseJet apart from so many others in the marketplace.

Cons

Not every lead hit the mark, but understanding that buyers who are just browsing and not serius prospects are part of the mix, an experienced and consistently hard working agent can sort them out and make the most of those who are serious.
