They seemed to really want to help me and my business and make it a win win! Pros I was hesitant at first, but after talking with the Housejet crew I came to understand how and why they were so successful and that it would seemingly be a great fit to help me produce more business. The onboarding process is wonderful and they give step by step directions on exactly what to do to be successful at closing leads. With a background in New Home Sales I am used to a script and I love that they provide multiple scripts for different situations. Realtor Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Worst Customer Experience" November 18, 2024 1.0 STAY AWAY FROM THIS LEAD AGENT - unless you want cold call leads, because that is all that this is. They will take your money and offer a lousy refund policy and lock you in. Then if you try to cancel before 30 days they will not give you your money unless you stay with them for a year and close a lead with them. Which again are simply just cold call leads from FSBO's and expired's. I tried to go through my credit card company to get my money back but was denied, so i figured that since I had already been taken for $1900.00 that I have no choice but to use the service. Well silly me because when I called back to regain access I was told that I would have to re-apply with no guarantee of approval and if approved that I would need to pay a $250.00 application fee. I strongly suggest going with almost any other lead generation company and read other reviews before taking my word for it. I'm sure that my re-application will be denied, but I cannot sit idle and let others make the same mistake that I made. Several of these leads have clear engagement notes, including conversations about specific property interests and follow-ups scheduled. One lead, for example, expressed intent to purchase a property and was actively followed up with, though ultimately closed with another agent. This illustrates that the opportunities provided were legitimate and actionable. We encourage consistent follow-up and engagement with all leads, as timing and responsiveness are key factors in conversions. The one change that I would like to see is to be able to choose to see the listings on the map OR by list. This is useful to the visual shopper as well. On another note, when you are on the website in the About Us section, at the bottom there are three things listed as “What Makes Our Agents Better”, Real Accountability and Ongoing Training have the same paragraph written below them that needs to be updated. Again, overall this is a fabulous website that is well designed, easy to use and pleasing to the eye. They say they'll help screen your leads but they don't. They didnt contact my leads and help get them get them through the pipeline. It's useless. Worse leads. Most werent even in the same state. I got leads the first few months then nothing for the rest of the year. Cons That they lied about what they said they'd do. After not updating referrals or contacting them your marketing gets passed until you update your new leads so this might be why you did not receive referrals. I waited 6 days to get my password error sort it out. No one answered my email. The onboarding process is complicated. The training with Mike is good but it should have people experts in the field to explain each of the pieces of the training. It's long and the fact that you have to take the classes for you to do just one part of the onboarding is "no bueno" the communication with the client when first onboard is none. However the up sale after you signed is fast! Pros Nothing yet. I am waiting to see the results of this platform. Cons The onboarding process is not simple and the support team is not where to be found.
