Pros

This CRM has many features found in GoHighLevel. Keeping track of the call attempts and responses from the lead.

Cons

Some of the option selections could be in a better easier to find layout. The positions appear to have been better before.

First let's start with the Landing page: the first expression when you the pages pop-up is "this looks a very interesting platform". High quality images, comfortable colors and font size with a well-organized topic. secondly the main headlines (Search, Mortgages, Home value, Blog): 1. Searching engine: which is the main purpose for the clients. clear map with excellent property information on the left side of the page that give the 3 main property categories that comes in mind. If you can include or add more information about the property like the property type e.g. a church, house..., it would be more valuable. I tried to pick a random search option and I end up with a church building (I was looking for a 1 bed with 3 bath house). Moreover, if you add a green button to the "Active" word when you click in the chosen property, it will make it more efficient. 2. Mortgage: a very satisfied experience that contain the exact needs of a client. 3. Home: value: the home evaluation tool does not work properly and always sent me to the assistant page. 4 the Blog page: As I mention in the Landing page (Home page), the blog page experience is the must favorite to a lot of clients or prospects due to the integration that appears along the whole page. I believe this is everything that I noticed or come in mind when I reviewed the platform. if we put the few notices away, the HouseJet is consider one of the most effective and recommended property platforms that anyone find the US.

Cons

The home evaluation tool does not work properly and always sent me to the assistant page. I tried to pick a random search option, and I end up with a church building (I was looking for a 1 bed with 3 bath house). Moreover, if you add a green button to the "Active" word when you click in the chosen property, it will make it more efficient.

### "Never give up front money to "lead" vendors. "

Not what they promised at all. If I could leave zero stars I would. We hit every lead with a 10 days of pain plan reaching out via text email and by phone. 1 appt completed.

Pros

The sales pitch. We have a team and were promised 40-60 leads per month to start that would grow to 60-90 leads over time. There was an upfront fee for this however we had a lender pay it for us.

Cons

Everything after our payment was made. Nothing was as promised. The lead flow was inconsistent and stopped for weeks at times. When I would complain they would say they never promised any minimum number of leads even though I had emails of their sales team doing just that. They also would not get a refund of our deposit even though there was a promise of a satisfaction guarantee. The lead quality is also not good - From 118 leads we actually met 1 person. They did not pass credit. Most people that answer the calls are looking to rent not buy. Most put fake info in.

I’ve been partnered with HouseJet for a full year. While my first closing is still ahead of me, the support team has been incredible — always responsive, encouraging, and committed to helping me work the system.

Pros

The customer service was outstanding! The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Every question I had was answered quickly and professionally. I truly felt valued as a customer.

Cons

The platform is confusing and difficult to navigate. Menus are unclear, and basic tasks take too long to complete.

I used HouseJet to search for houses and apartment in North America. The website is easy and simple to understand. I was able to search for houses fast and see different listings without stress. The search filters help me niche down what I want, like price and location, which is good.

Pros

I like that the home listings showed clear pictures and basic details. It helps me imagine the home better before clicking more. The site loads well and did not crash while I was using it. Navigation is okay and I did not feel lost.

Cons

I do think the site can be better. Some listings need more details like neighborhood info and more photos. It would also help to add clearer contact options or next steps if someone wants to buy or ask questions.

What a fantastic website! The user interface is very well crafted, easy to understand and even easier to use, the color scheme is also inviting and easy on the eyes. All of the listings within the site are accurate and up to date and are loaded with useful information you cant find elsewhere so I feel much more confident and informed about my potential purchase. There’s also a helpful section to help me locate mortgage offers and providers when I decide on my new dream home! 5 Stars would definitely recommend!

The platform’s ease of use and its comprehensive set of features make it highly accessible for both new and experienced users. Its intuitive interface allows you to navigate tools effortlessly, while its robust functionality ensures you have everything you need to work efficiently and effectively.

### "Housejet stinks and is full of poop"

The leads were not vetted and should never have been approved. When I have gotten someone on the phone, they don't speak English. If they vetted the leads, they would have known not to send them to me.

Pros

My overall experience since joining this company has been a total flop. They said they are calling the leads and stating "no answer." Well, that's a lie. Wrong numbers or they don't speak English!!!

Cons

I paid 2200 in October, and to date, I have not gotten one viable lead. What a waste of money and time. They said if I don't close any deals, I will get my money back. I'm sure that could be a lie as well!

HouseJet.com to me feels like a trust-centred alternative to the other major real estate sites out there. It combines the detailed search capabilities users expect with a human-centric approach which combine technology and expert agent guide, to the otherwise agent relationships only in most realty sites. The platform is best suited for consumers who want more than just a list of homes, where they want a guided experience backed by local data with unbias and vetted professionals which the site seems to offer. However some improvements in the homepage images selection, CTA and additional info would make the site more attractive and creditable to both buyers and sellers, not to mention prospective agents as well.

Pros

I like the user friendly property search tool which gives filter options for type of properties and amenities plus I can reach out to their agents to get advice for specific property.

Cons

The home page photos seems to be more from a stock photo rather than actual photos of property images and buyers or sellers. It would be good if they can incorporate image sliders of real property images in n their listing which are more attractive and beautiful.

I was nervous to get started. I hoped on a call and they answered EVERYTHING! I had so may questions and objections. They covered it all. Getting set up was simple and straightforward. Love the trainings- Short, to the point and unmatched energy! So excited!

I wish I knew about this sooner! That is the only negative thing I have experienced this far. I’m very excited!

### "Unmet Expectations and No Accountability – My Experience with HouseJet"

I signed up with HouseJet in February 2025 based on assurances from their salesperson and manager that I would receive 3–4 strong, qualified referrals per week in exchange for a 30% referral fee upon closing. They also required an upfront deposit, which they claimed would be refunded after a successful closing. Unfortunately, after four months, I have only received seven referrals in total—far below what was promised. Despite multiple calls to their support team, the only response I received was that feedback would be sent to their marketing department to adjust my ads. However, I’ve seen no meaningful improvement or change in lead quality or quantity. It appears their process primarily involves running basic Facebook ads and having virtual assistants make a few initial calls before disengaging. When I requested a refund due to the lack of performance, I was told I would now have to wait a full year. I’m sharing this experience to help other real estate professionals make informed decisions. I entered into this partnership in good faith, but it has not delivered on its commitments.

Pros

I have not seen anything unique or value add from this company. The sales person obviously did a good job in selling (or misleading)

Cons

They make you sign up for recurring service that you keep paying whether they generate any lead or not.

I spent time exploring HouseJet.com on both desktop and mobile, and overall it’s a clean, modern platform that feels trustworthy and easy to navigate. The search → view listing → return to search flow is smooth, and I appreciated helpful touches like the link to the original listing and the mortgage-rate education pages. I did notice a few areas where improving the UX would make the site feel even more polished and competitive, but overall, the site has a lot of strengths and a great visual foundation. With a few adjustments, especially around search behavior, autocomplete, mobile map loading, and clearer explanation of what makes HouseJet unique, it will feel even more intuitive and user-friendly. I enjoyed testing the platform and appreciate how much potential it has.

How easy it was to search for homes! we found our dream home in 2 weeks and our realtor was amazing! it was so easy with the filters to find what we were looking for

Cons

i wish i could see all the photos at once and scroll rather than having to open a new screen and see one photo at a time
