The one change that I would like to see is to be able to choose to see the listings on the map OR by list. This is useful to the visual shopper as well. On another note, when you are on the website in the About Us section, at the bottom there are three things listed as “What Makes Our Agents Better”, Real Accountability and Ongoing Training have the same paragraph written below them that needs to be updated. Again, overall this is a fabulous website that is well designed, easy to use and pleasing to the eye. Pros Beautiful website design, great list of houses with descriptions that are helpful and accurate. Would use for house hunting. Don't use them!!! Pros I didn't like any single thing. From representative who lied about the program just to get my money, to useless university and tips. All leads were fake, customer service is terrible. Cons They guaranteed money back if I don't get the closing from their lead. I didn't get it, of course, and you can guess-they didn't refund my money. Don't pay them! Don't trust them! The representatives have been professional and cordial. Pros I was a bit apprehensive when I signed on. The videos went a long way in easing my fears. All the videos were upbeat. The information was timely and to the point. I especially liked the video on scripts. Normally, I would read scripts and then set them aside. I read the scripts this time and immediately started rewriting them as instructed. This program promises to be a game changer for my business. I look forward to learning more about the program and applying the techniques and strategies as I proceed. Cons I have nothing negative to say about my experience with the initial process. I waited 6 days to get my password error sort it out. No one answered my email. The onboarding process is complicated. The training with Mike is good but it should have people experts in the field to explain each of the pieces of the training. It's long and the fact that you have to take the classes for you to do just one part of the onboarding is "no bueno" the communication with the client when first onboard is none. However the up sale after you signed is fast! Pros Nothing yet. I am waiting to see the results of this platform. Cons The onboarding process is not simple and the support team is not where to be found.
