Pros

It helps me in managing the knowledge base and also helps in accessing the permissions and controls. It is also a great collaboration tool with spacious storage management feature.

Cons

Till now I have not found any type of disadvantages of the software.

OnPlan is very effective solution for all the companies and organizations who are wants to maintain their work and time with their employees. We are using this software to manage our workload and timings with the work management and planning feature. The support team is very impressive and give us quick response.

Pros

It's offer many powerful features to manage your workload and make your work easy and effective. The software is very easy to use and provides rich features to maintain your time.

Cons

I didn't have any issue with the tool, very impressive with the functionality they provides. But still it will be grate if they provides feature to integrate other CMMS.

OnPlan is ine of the best software i have used for financial planning and reporting. Must try once for companies who want to manage their financial planning.

Pros

This software allows me to manage financial reporting in spreadsheets. It's offers many features and saves your lots of time and efforts. It also provide secured storage space where you can manage your documents securely.

Cons

I was using this software from last two months so i didn't find any issues with the software.

I really like onplan, and think its a very useful tool when implemented correctly. Unfortunate for our business that it gets hampered by our IT Departments involvement in connections and hardware. If Onplan can ever be integrated into other CMMS's it would be widely adapted by more companies.

Pros

Taking pictures while doing a service or logging a defect. Very Helpful. Being able to cross utilize work order tasks over a multitude of service sheets.Ease of use.

Cons

There are several areas that could be better utilized. IE the notifications don't really notify you or other users. I think there probably needs to be more user testing from specific teams or trials held by customers before some items are rolled out as sometimes these items don't function as intended once rolled out.

Having the ability to just drag and drop sections of other documents into a document you are using is the best thing ever. The search function is impressive. The Technical support is pleasant and quick.

Pros

The software was easy to have set up and adjusted to our company requirements. Training people to use the software takes no time at all. How quick it takes to output a quality document.

Cons

There are a few minor limitations on this software, but nothing that can't be overcome. Even saying this the software is continuously being updated with improvements.
