My overall experience with Teambridge was great. It made time tracking much easier and more accurate, especially for our billing team, thanks to the timesheet features. It really helped improve organization and accountability across the team.

Pros

What I liked most about Teambridge was its time tracking features, especially the geofencing and detailed timesheets, which made it easy to monitor attendance and productivity accurately.

Cons

At times, the app could be a bit slow to load or glitchy when clocking in or out, especially in areas with weak signal. Other than that, it worked well overall.

Teambridge has allowed us to literally bridge the gap between us and our employees! The user-friendly experience with TB has allowed us to grow our relationships with our nurses, as well as grow our weekly revenue.

Pros

Their solution-based team! TB is exceptional at fully understanding our company's expectations, needs and standards which shows in product work!

Cons

I wish there were more timely updates once changes are made to the platform (whether it's just a visual change or a product change).

TeamBridge has helped us automate our scheduling and timecard process to decrease the workload of our administrative staff. This is the first platform that allows us to fully build out our own scheduling rules and policies into the software.

Pros

It's fully customizable to fit your business needs/process. You can build it out to your specific procedures and policies. The team is very prompt and helpful when getting the system set up. The automations have improved our company effeciency and allowed us to spend time on what truly matters to the business. Employees love how easy it is to schedule their shifts out and track their hours.

Cons

While there might be times where there's an issue in the system, 99% of the time it's due to user error. TeamBridge is fast at jumping on to help and offer solutions. You feel like your voice is heard as you can give feedback for suggestions. There are very few things that I wish could change in the platform and most of them are based on how it looks rather than functionality.

My overall experience with Teambridge has been extremely positive. They’ve been a true partner in helping us develop and launch our app—collaborative, innovative, and always focused on finding solutions that align with our goals.They take the time to understand our business and are always open to feedback, which has made the process both productive and enjoyable. While there’s room to improve around communication and turnaround speed at times, those moments have been rare and always handled professionally. Overall, Teambridge has been a reliable, forward-thinking, and invested partner, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a development team that truly cares about their client’s success.

Pros

Working with Teambridge has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. What I like most is their responsiveness, creativity, and genuine commitment to partnership. They didn’t just build our app—they took the time to understand our business, our goals, and our users, and they delivered a product that truly aligns with who we are as a company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a development partner who truly cares about both the product and the partnership.

Cons

While our overall experience with Teambridge has been excellent, there have been a few challenges along the way. The only area I’d like to see improved is speed of iteration and release cycles. When we’re moving quickly on our end, we sometimes need faster turnaround on certain updates or revisions. That said, their willingness to listen to feedback and adjust makes it easy to work through those moments.

It has been okay. Definitely some bumps but we have some very special circumstances that can be hard to comprehend and capture.

Pros

You can personalize your own tabs so that others do not have to change your settings. They do make things a bit easier to find, navigate and balance sheets compared to other platforms.

Cons

The filters do not always work, when one thing gets fixed it seems like something else goes wrong or stops working.

Once we customized our account and set it up the way it needed to be, we have had no issues with it.

Pros

This is the most user friendly software.

Cons

The only negative that I can think of is that it doesn't sync with Quickbooks. You can download reports and insert into Quickbooks, but that's just another step.

We needed a better way to manage time cards and run payroll, than our old time clock (which was expensive and required manual corrections). Zira’s time tracking (biometric and mobile) and scheduling solution meets our exact needs. We’re able to more accurately understand when our employees were working and expedite payroll processing.

Pros

Zira meets our workforce management needs perfectly. The product is beautifully designed. It helps us create / manage employee schedules, shift swap requests, time tracking, time off approvals, and more. Before, we needed several tools to accomplish what we can do entirely with Zira. We can export our timesheets into the exact format required by our payroll provider, so that our hours are accurate and we can process payroll faster. The price point is very reasonable, given what you get.

Cons

Not much I can think of - we have used the product for more than 1 year now. We a re working with the team to get our custom reports built in.

Pros

We use Zira to manage schedule and track time for our hourly employees. It helps us automate the scheduling process by matching our workers’ preferences, and availability to appropriate shift. I love that I can create & publish schedules several weeks in advance, keep track of my employees hours, and automate notifications. It's so convenient, fast to set, and easy to navigate through. Our employees simply clock-in through the mobile app, where they can also check-off tasks and add notes about the shift. I really appreciate the flexibility of Zira’s solution.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps, it would be awesome to be able to pay my workforce through Zira.

Pros

The product is very easy to use. After I invited my employees to the mobile app they were able to figure it out without any help. I also received major kudos from our executives and managers as well as the employees for how efficient our team has become with the policy builder automation features. I definitely think our Zira Pilot (what Zira calls their account managers) has been amazing. Always responsive, very helpful, and it is clear that our feedback gets communicated to the whole team because we notice our ideas and feature requests getting implemented very rapidly.

Cons

In the 8 months we have been on the platform no complaints.
