With one single account we can all receive and send faxes from office or when working from other location. Pros For one single subscription WiseFax gives you an US fax number, that can be used by all members of your small business. All members can preview received faxes, and also send faxes from anywhere. You can fax almost any type of document – I tried uploading docs, pictures for plans, spreadsheets. Just upload, no manual conversion needed. And faxing and checking faxes works great also on smartphone. User interface is simple and transparent. Support is also very helpful. Great online fax! Cons I really can't find any disadvantages. Works great and without any problems. Pros Sending faxes is very easy, and supports sending a great variety of document types and images. A great option is to subscribe to fax number, so you get an US fax number, where you receive faxes, and from where you also send them, also worldwide. When new fax arrives, you are instantly notified, and you can check it from anywhere, as WiseFax works perfect on any device. Everything is in place, transparent, easy to use, and absolutely without any problems. Cons I really can't find any cons in user experience or functionallity. Works just great! Their faxing or service department is non-existent" August 18, 2024 1.0 Very disappointing. It was a slow process that efficiently billed me but did not deliver the advertised service or price. Pros WiseFax, Efax and or Vanaia have an exceptionaly proficient billing department. They will efficiently take funds from your credit card. That is the end of their efficiency. Cons Their online advertisement was deceptive. click bait and when you go through a multitude of steps to where it will finally send the fax, it asks for a credit card to pay for a charge far exceeding the original advertised amount. December 1, 2020 5.0 Very satisfied. Reliable, easy to use. Pros WiseFax is a great solution if you need a fax number to which you can receive faxes, and possibility to send faxes from computer or tablet. Getting the fax number is an easy procedure, and monthly subscription is very affordable. On the other hand, sending faxes (over 10 free faxes, included in subscription) is a little bit pricey, but service is great, reliable and extremely easy to use. Uploading any type of document (all MS Office and image formats are supported, as well as many others, including Apple documents) is quick and simple. WiseFax offers also adding a cover page to fax, and editing document before selecting country (all world supported) and fax number. Preview of sent and received faxes is transparent, and you can download fax confirmation copy. Also, when I receive a new fax, I always get mail, so I don't miss anything. Cons Price for sending faxes is higher then with some other online faxes, but I think this is the only disadvantage of WiseFax. Technical Writer Computer Software Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Used for Overseas Voting" February 21, 2024 5.0 I had a great first experience with WiseFax, which I used to fax my overseas ballot to my state registrar of voters. It was easy, affordable, and fast. I liked that you could send it with or without a cover sheet and they sent an email confirmation when it was sent. I received a confirmation from my state that my ballot was counted. Only thing I might like in the future is the option of a color fax - fortunately this didn't matter with my ballot, even though the oath and envelope were colored. I used their website but I know they also have a mobile app. This experience was so much better than the physical fax method I used in the last election, which was fraught with issues. Pros It was easy, affordable, got confirmation. Liked that I could upload from my laptop to their website and was not forced to use a mobile app, although they have that as an option too. Really easy to use and maneuver, I can receive fax also. And it did not require a lengthy set up before getting started. Pros I liked how easy it was to download and begin using instantly. I am writing this review because I think WiseFax's customer service is first rate. I sent a fax (my second one), using some parts of the earlier fax. On sending the fax, the earlier materials somehow became reduced so as to be ineligible. I noticed this in the confirmation. I wrote to the customer service email, received a response that day, and by the next day the customer service rep had resent the fax on my behalf, free of charge, and with an incredibly personal and professional approach. It was an important fax, so I appreciate this level of attention to customer service and satisfaction. Will definitely use again! Pay-as-you-go model is most suitable for customers that send faxes occasionally, while subscription based model is required for receiving faxes using your own fax number. Porting your existing fax number to WiseFax is also possible, if you wish to use your own fax number. Monthly cost of a subscription is $8.00 and includes one fax number to which you can receive up to 300 pages per month, and 10 fax tokens for sending faxes. One fax token suffices for sending one page to most countries. Additional supplementary packages and volume discounts are available. Pros As this is a pay-as-you go service, you don't need any subscription. Uploading any type of document, image or form is straight forward, and you can also fill them in, edit them, add signature etc. After inserting the receiver's fax number you are ready to send a fax.
