I have had a great experience with Lineup. Customer service is exceptional.

Pros

Lineup is very user-friendly and intuitive.

Cons

There are some features that are not available yet, but, Lineup is working on things in the future (e.g. attaching a document to a team email sent from Lineup).

Experience has been excellent! They are very open to feedback or suggestions for improvements and quickly address any concerns.

Pros

SHRM hosts nearly 30 projects annually that I alone manage our cohort of nearly 1800 participants. Lineup's product was really needed to manage this group in a more consolidated way, and they have delivered on that and then some! This product is leaps and bounds beyond our now outdated practice of surveying, recruiting, and tracking participants; now all that in more in one convenient location.

Cons

I know there are always new features coming, so there isn't anything I dislike about the product. I am very excited to see what Lineup continues to develop and make my life even easier than they already have!

SurveyMonkey didn't offer the convenience, tracking, profile management, etc. that Lineup offers. SurveyMonkey quickly became outdated and a waste of time and resources.

Working with Lineup has been a great experience. Every staff member has been a joy to work with, remaining patient and understanding as we gathered internal support and integrated this product with our current workflow. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was a wonderful instructor, and the entire team helped make sure we were comfortable with the system and using the functionality to our best advantage. We are very happy with this product and our working relationship with Lineup.

Pros

Lineup is very intuitive and easy to use. We used to rely on shared spreadsheets and email to organize our volunteers. With Lineup, we have been able to efficiently systematize volunteer onboarding and assignment. Each volunteer's record includes all the information we need to easily identify assignments on our project teams. Communication with volunteers via Lineup is easy to set up and all emails are tracked for historical reference. Teams are easy to define, populate, track, and edit as changes occur over time. Our administrative team is able to work even more collaboratively through real-time access to volunteer records, team status, and post-project evaluations.

Cons

We haven't yet found a flaw in this system or a need the Lineup team hasn't anticipated.

Reasons for choosing Lineup

Lineup adapts to our needs rather than forcing us to adapt to its structure. The system's features and the customer service team's support convinced us Lineup was the solution we needed.

Thanks to Lineup, I no longer have to manage several spreadsheets of data. All of my customer information is now in one place which also allows me the ability to run reports more efficiently and accurately.

Pros

The software is customizable and very easy to use.

Cons

As I'm still "learning" the functionalities of the software, I don't have any specific comment at this time.
