Raylytic has created a product that encompasses all of the items I need, added items if I asked, and even included items that I did not know that I needed to make my research of the highest quality and integrity. Furthermore, the best part of this product is actually the customer service. I cannot express enough how impeccable the entire team at Raylytic is, which ultimately makes this product even better! Pros Unity is very user friendly for the sponsor, sites, and participants. The basic design is well thought out to improve efficiency, but is also very customizable to meet the specific needs of an organization to maximize efficiency. Cons It is hard to think of a con, as the product is so good. If I look very hard, I'd like the speed of moving between forms to go a bit faster. The dashboard gives immediate information on the current status of the running studies and makes the management of clinical trials easy and reportable at anytime. We have highly appreciated the flexibility of the software provider to add new functions and the solution oriented business approach. Cons As the software is accessable over standard web browser applications, it was no problem to integrate the application in the existing infrastructure and we did not experience any problems or negative aspects with the software so far.
