Since then, we are now able to sell, of course, but mostly have a first contact with the guest before his arrival in order to make sure he gets the best possible journey at our property! Pros Oaky has been a success for us since Day 1. We have been able to increase our extras revenue by 400% thanks to this easy-to-use tool! This is their main strength, the ease of use. After a few minutes on the app, you can already create a deal, have access to the segmented e-mail, create a pre-stay e-mail and launch your upselling process! Cons Reporting might be upgraded as it is now difficult to get datas about lead time, segmentation, evolution of a specific deal...
