More of automative collision and refinishing references.
Some of the information import features are lacking , at times. Also can be difficult to manually input detailed vehicle information.
On the computer to long eyes hurt from straing and to many things to choose from.
Ive had the app almost a year now and its alot less buggy now than it was then, so props to the developers for getting updates out. My other complaint is the online appointment system.

Overall: Not happy, we’ve been complaining about slow software and highly glitchy that has been causing us major errors. We already submitted about 15 complaints. And the last one was multiple invoices are being created under the same number which will cause us so much trouble with our accounting. We hope those issues get taken in consideration or unfortunately we’ll have to look for different software.
Pros: Very difficult to operate. Only pros that it doesn’t automatically delete information entered
Cons: Unlimited Glitches, software is slow. Freezes most of the time.

Pros: Parts tech built in, ease of use the functionality of being able to Ed parcheck and square and your abilities to have Carfax built in for repair history makes it so much easier to function
Cons: Lack of features. I would love to see the ability to create an estimate inside an open work order.
