Pros

Ease of use , navigation is easy, A good product is marketed efficiently with clear value proposition

The credit wise I think is to strict for there credit requirements haven’t had a customer get approved yet

the inspection report isn't stored with the work order and you can't send it with the invoice/estimate

I like the product. It has taken us from paper to a computerized system.

Pros

Can access it from home as well as my shop. My CPA can also access it for the revenue and expense data.

Cons

Customizing invoices. Not easy or very limited.

Overall, the program has worked for our business, and we have had no major issues.

Pros

The appearance of the invoices and how I have the ability to change the way they look for each individual customer.

Cons

I do not like the new format. The detailed view is much easier to use, but it doesn't allow me to set it that way and it stay. I am having to click that option every time I input a new job or new part. Also, the tax reports do not transfer to Excel the way they should. The program will randomly double line items.

I really think this is a great software program, especially for the money. They don't have a phone number to contact them, but customer service is really good at messaging you back.

Pros

I love the ability to be able to scan the receipts and the information auto fills! It is a huge time saver. I also that you can import contacts, parts, and vehicles from a csv into ARI.

Cons

The owner wasn't happy with how spaced out the information on customer invoices were, but after a few revisions we got it to an acceptable format.

En principio como digo me parece genial , pero deberían de arreglar algunas cosas

Pros

Las ventas de lo que más me a gustado es la facilidad de entenderlo todo cuando activas el idioma en Español. A parte todas las funciones que tiene

Cons

Lo que menos me gustó es el periodo de prueba es muy corto. A parte el costo de la aplicación mensual es muy caro y para mecanicos que están empezando con su negocios deberían tener más privilegios o ser precios más económicos. Tampoco me gustó el tema de los idiomas no se pone en español solo te traduce la página

Pros

My mobile mechanic business is ran with this software being the nucleus of my operations and it couldn’t be any smoother. The hardest part of owning and operating a mobile mechanic business is keeping customers happy but with this I can schedule document and give out detailed invoices to my customers in a professional manner, I highly recommend to anybody in the auto industry!

I wish there was an AI feature for assistance

When I switched, I came from shop monkey. Ari offered most of the same software in their system for a much lower price.

Pros

Inexpensive, and reliable. ARI is easy to use.

Cons

Some integrations don't always work, and I have to switch to a different device. this may be an issue with my tablet.

Good, it keeps getting better too. The customer service is great as well.

Pros

The ability to share estimates and invoices with customers with attached pictures. This is done with either email or texting.

Cons

There is a learning curve to using it. What i like least is that there is no back key (android) functionality.

Pros

I run a mobile repair service and compared to other programs, it’s so easy to use! I love I can use it on my phone/scanner/laptop all seamlessly!!

Really nothing they have been improving on slot of things are and are doing a great job!

this is definitely solved quite a few issues from invoicing on down to just keeping track of vehicles and clients information. it's made my life a lot easier and made it manageable for me to not only be my own technician but my own office worker as well.

Pros

you'd be better off to ask me what I didn't like about the software because to be quite honest I liked everything ,hands down you guys have completely smashed the competition and it's because of that that I will continue to use your software without any problems knowing that everything I need is saved into that database and this just makes my life so much easier having my own mobile mechanic business and now having a commercial account due to this software. absolutely amazing hands down

Cons

if I had any suggestions it would be to include a labor lookup at no additional cost. you recently partnered with somebody that does the labor lookup but it's quite a bit more expensive to be able to have that feature as well and it would be nice to be able to have that feature and no extra cost. instead I use other means to look up how many labor hours are required for certain jobs because I'm not willing to spend the extra through your third party affiliate that you guys have paired with.
