The responses and suggestions are very organic and true to the conversations. They don't seem artificial or bot generated. The software truely analyzes the core objective and even the underlying conversation and accordingly generates its response.

Pros

In the legal field client communication is the key. Substrata helps in establishing just that. It's a very begginer friendly platform specially for interns. It helps us by providing suggestions regarding the responses. It cracks the understatement during a negotiation and helps in responding accordingly.

Cons

As far as in my experience for interns, beginners, or freshers, the pricing is a bit costly specially for those who are doing unpaid internships.

It's frequently difficult to distinguish between those who are actively leading the conversation and those who are merely taking part in intricate B2B transactions. Its a go to platfrom in case you want to boost your sales. My team and I have worked with and without substrata and we know for sure what difference it makes to your client communication and sales. Its interface is so smooth, it just gets what your client is looking for and automates the sales part. The suggestions seem completely organic and thoughtful and helps in focusing on building software as per client needs.

Pros

Its the best platform for managing sales and communcation with clients specially when you belong outside the marketing field. The dashboard is very user friendly, and automates workflow very organically and smoothly so it does'nt seem as if you are being controlled by a bot.

Cons

As for now in my experience, if I look back there is hardly any flaw that noticed. Only the generative ai could be more organic in its approach.

Overall my experience with substrata has been positive.From security standards that inspire confidence when handling recorded conversations to strong analytics and reporitng it delivers consistent and meaningful insights.As a philosphy student it helped me angage with communication more criticslly identifying subtext,tone shifts and engagement patterns that i might miss otherwise.

Pros

The reporting and analytics dashboard stood out to me because it doesn't just present data it helped me recognize pattern over time.It was particularly useful when reviewing repeated discussions or feedback sessions.Customer support was responsive and genuinely helpful during onboarding and when i needed clarification which made the learning curve manageable.

Cons

For students or individual users the pricing may feel high if you are not fully utilising all features consistently.
