Pros: This product is seamlessly connected to your mail box, easy to install and provides immediately provides value on existing and new sales conversations. I love the option to simulate and learn how to perfect my responses to get more deals.
Cons: It would be great to have more insights from the tool. It gives you 3 main types of feedback today and it would be great to have more.

Overall: Very good. They are experienced sales pros helping sales pros, and they get it. Recommendations are on the same level of professional mentoring I used to receive from paid sales consulting firms, only it's in real time.
Pros: Them email integration is my favorite and currently most-used feature. The ability to have recommendations on how to message and reply to prospects at critical stages of the sales cycle is a must. Mistakes made here can cause the deal to go south.
Cons: The same insights but on my video calls (not sure if this feature is already released but we don't have subscription to that feature yet..)

Pros: The ability to see power dynamics in a conversation is something that changes how you communicate. Substrata Q constantly helps me find ways to improve in deal negotiations.
Cons: So far nothing negative. I understand the product is early stage and constantly updated. I’m looking forward to future launches such as voice or video and see how they add to the overall product ecosystem experience.
