Its a go to platfrom in case you want to boost your sales. My team and I have worked with and without substrata and we know for sure what difference it makes to your client communication and sales. Its interface is so smooth, it just gets what your client is looking for and automates the sales part. The suggestions seem completely organic and thoughtful and helps in focusing on building software as per client needs.

Pros

Its the best platform for managing sales and communcation with clients specially when you belong outside the marketing field. The dashboard is very user friendly, and automates workflow very organically and smoothly so it does'nt seem as if you are being controlled by a bot.

Cons

As for now in my experience, if I look back there is hardly any flaw that noticed. Only the generative ai could be more organic in its approach.

As far as in my experience for interns, beginners, or freshers, the pricing is a bit costly specially for those who are doing unpaid internships.

It has helped us negotiate and push for various deals. It identifies the mood of the conversation and assists us into pitching exactly what's best for us. It's integration with Gmail makes it quite user-friendly and easy to use. Ever since we have implemented the platform our sales have multiplied generously.

Cons

Since we've implemented the platform recently, we haven't faced any issue as of now. However, a distinct feature to manage bulk mails would make the job even more easier.
