It gives our team more confidence when engaging with prospects and really helps refine how we approach different personalities and situations. Solid tool for modern sales teams. Once you’re in the rhythm, it becomes a powerful part of your workflow.

Pros

Really helps you understand what’s going on behind the scenes in a deal. I like how it picks up on subtle things; tone, sentiment, power dynamics etc. that you’d normally gonna miss. The coaching prompts are timed and don’t feel much intrusive. Kinda Superimposed, second set of eyes during your sales process.

Cons

The only hiccup I noticed was during onboarding. It took a little time to get used to the terminology and set everything up. Nothing major, just a bit of a learning curve.

It’s a smart layer of support. You still do the talking, but Substrata makes sure you don’t miss the signs.

Pros

What I like most is that Substrata doesn’t try to change how you sell. It fits into what you’re already doing and just adds that extra bit of awareness. You sound more in control, less awkward. It helps especially with cold outreach and follow-ups, where tone really matters.

Cons

It can take a few tries before you really trust the feedback. Not everything it flags feels urgent..

It's a quiet but smart tool. It detects unsaid words in my conversation and offers very comprehensive analysis to move forward. Best thing about substrata is Al features which can assist in closing the pipelines earlier while remaining at an upper edge.

Pros

Substrata helps me notice small signs that a deal may not be going well. It gives quick advice on how to write better emails. The way it looks at behavior feels useful and not just guesswork.

Cons

At first, it took me some time to understand how it works. Also, I hope they add more tools soon……..
