Cons

Pros

The way it reads micro-signals... before I even know I missed them. Makes objection handling less of a guess. Nudges feel almost natural, no more robotics style work. Team substrata is always available to assist.

Cons

Setup took a bit longer but no worries after that.

It’s behavioral analysis are much accurate and bring real meat on the table. Makes a big difference when deals are moving slow or getting political.

Pros

No more guessing tone or wondering what someone really meant in an email. Substrata’s email simulation is one of my favorite tools. I can better draft and adjust as per emotional responses of person in front. In calls, it also helps decode behavior in real time. The Chrome extension keeps all the insight flowing without disrupting my workflow.

Cons

Certain features perform best in Google Meet or Zoom and may not work as effectively with other video conferencing tools.

Overall was happy with Substrata and will continue using it. The simulator feature is my favorite and so so so easy to use. For me ease of use is everything and that's why I'll stick with Substrata. Super easy to navigate and saves me a lot of time

Pros

I work in B2B software sales and started using Substrata to improve prospecting. Theres a few other apps that are similar but I found the interface to be user friendly and easy to maneuver, unlike other services which give me a headache.

Cons

This isn't really a negative but simply a recommendation-It would be nice to see more features to help push prospects down my pipeline, like strategies or something to get me thinking outside the box.

I was bit uneasy to try it with CC details as free version was not available.

Pros

Really helps you understand what’s going on behind the scenes in a deal. I like how it picks up on subtle things; tone, sentiment, power dynamics etc. that you’d normally gonna miss. The coaching prompts are timed and don’t feel much intrusive. Kinda Superimposed, second set of eyes during your sales process.

Cons

The only hiccup I noticed was during onboarding. It took a little time to get used to the terminology and set everything up. Nothing major, just a bit of a learning curve.
