o sistema tem muitas funcionalidades bacanas, e vemos grandes que o sistema está sempre passando por atualizações, nossa maior dificuldade é a sincronia com o aplicativo, que estamos constante precisando de suporte para corrigir alguns erros

A praticidade e por ser um sistema totalmente voltado a equipe de assistencia tecnica, e que pela nossa busca não encontramos outro sistema que tivesse tantas informações relevantes para esse tipo de departamento

Gostariamos que o sistema tivesse mais funcionalidades para quem está no backoffice, mais funcionalidades para enviarmos mensagens aos clientes, integrações com whatsapp, para não precisarmos de aplicativos terceiros para isso

A Auvo vem solucionando um grande problema que tínhamos que era o acompanhamento em tempo real do técnico. Com a Auvo, conseguimos ter um registro exato se o técnico recebeu ou não a notificação, se visualizou, quando iniciou, seus registros internos, finalização e feedback do cliente.

Pros

A gestão dos operadores externos ficou muito mais fácil. Em tempo real, conseguimos acompanhar todo o percurso do colaborador, a chegada dele e também sua evolução em campo. A plataforma conta com recursos que auxiliam do começo ao fim do atendimento. Moderno e intuitivo.

Cons

A falta da agenda na tela inicial do usuário do aplicativo, igual a que existe no modelo do navegador. Seria interessante a interface do aplicativo ter uma agenda do primeiro ao ultimo dia do mês pra que o técnico consiga ter uma visão ampla de seus agendamentos, sem ter que pular dia por dia, pois pode acontecer de não visualizar a notificação que chega no celular.
