Hasta el momento se me hace un aplicativo de operación en tiempo real que me permite gestionar avances de trabajo continuo a nivel calendario operativo.

Pros

La familiaridad que provoca la interacción con el sistema, en tiempo real te permite gestionar trabajos ya estandarizados, estándares a los que aportaron el estilo de trabajo que Checklist fácil nos aporto para su estandarización.

Cons

No te permite generar respuestas múltiples dentro del check, como ejemplo, respuesta SI o NO que te arrojen otro cuestionamiento por individual según el camino de respuestas que te deje evaluar.

Es una plataforma muy completa y bien diseñada, con sus expertos siempre al pendiente y en contacto en caso de requerirlo.

Pros

La amplia variedad de herramientas con las que cuenta para administrar los formularios, respuestas y resultados de tal manera que todas las operaciones se lleven a cabo en tiempo y forma. Además nos permite crear planes de acción para dar seguimiento a las incidencias. También cuentan con capacitaciones para el personal que utiliza el programa para estar siempre actualizados y familiarizados con su manejo.

Cons

La logística del levantamiento de tickets. El contacto con su sistema de soporte sí es seguro, sin embargo el tiempo de seguimiento puede variar.

En terminos generales, nos ha sido de mucha ayuda a la hora de controlar ciertos procesos internos, asi como también nos sirve de Referencia para chequear tareas y otros controles, ya que notifica por correo la terminación de actividades.

Pros

Intiutivo, Fácil de aprender, pero agil en las soluciones de analisis que permite. Ha sido de gran ayuda en nuestros controles.

Cons

Que no he podido sacar información, en tablas de forma más rápida. No obstante, se obtienen las tablas y se puede tabular la información.

On line, esto facilita demasiado el trabajo en terreno. Gran capacidad de adaptación a las necesidades de cada negocio

Un poco lentas las actualizaciones. Quizá se podrían considerar actualizaciones en segundo plano para que al momento de necesitar la app, ya esté actualizado.

Es un software muy intuitivo, maleable en el sentido que se desarrollan las herramientas de acuerdo a las necesidades especificas de cada cliente por giro de su empresa

Cons

La generación de métricas, informes, en el formato sin power BI. Considero que se debería de tener una caratula mas extensa de resultados, estadísticas se puedan analizar y que generalmente te llevan a la creación de mas check list.

Mis usuarios están encantados con la facilidad de los reportes en pdf y la evidencia que se puede cargar en los cuestionarios.

Pros

La practicidad para evaluar procesos a través de la aplicación del celular y agregar evidencia en fotos y videos.

Cons

la estructura para modificar usuarios /unidades /regiones es compleja no se pueden actualizar los perfiles al mismo tiempo, sino replicar las configuraciones.

O checklist fácil hoje é fundamental na nossa rotina diária de inspeções e auditorias, os operadores se adaptaram rapidamente a ferramenta e se tornou essencial no nosso dia a dia. Recomendo de olhos fechados para qualquer empresa.

Pros

Gostei muito da praticidade do Checklist Fácil. A ferramenta é simples de usar, agiliza bastante a rotina e ajuda a organizar tudo de forma clara, sem complicação. Além disso, facilita o acompanhamento das tarefas e dá mais controle do que está sendo feito no dia a dia.

Cons

Em certos casos, a adaptação inicial pode levar um pouco de tempo, principalmente para quem nunca usou esse tipo de ferramenta. Depois que pega o jeito, flui bem, mas esse começo poderia ser um pouco mais intuitivo.
