Pros Harbiz nos ha permitido incluir en una única aplicación la gestión del entrenamiento y la nutrición de nuestros clientes. Y poder realizar un seguimiento de los mismos. Cons La principal contra que le pondría es el aspecto del precio. Creo que aunque tiene muchas funcionalidades todavía no rinde a un nivel tan alto para el precio que se paga. Los usuarios finales se encuentran muy satisfechos con ella aunque es una queja constante la dificultad a la hora de cargar la app, y la velocidad de la misma, que deja mucho que desear. Estamos muy satisfechos y veníamos de una experiencia mala anterior (Virtua Gym). Aunque hay todavía bastantes cosas por mejorar, escuchan al cliente (desde el minuto 1) y se les ve una intención constante por mejorar. Este último aspecto es el que más nos tranquiliza, y el que nos lleva a predecir que seguiremos mucho tiempo con ellos.
