This team continues to make great changes and really does take the customer feedback in to account. Pros We were not able to link with our HR data because of changes happening but we were able to link with our Single Sign on team and get this integrated so that we did not have to wait an extra year. We were up and running within two weeks. Cons Honestly not much but being new did add some challenges. Having training videos and more flexibility within the tool at launch would have been great. For those joining now there is a library of training vids. Reasons for choosing Teleskope A relationship with Affirmity had already been created which had a connection with Teleskope.
