I also like there topological and geographical maps which helped us to monitor our customers devices ecosystem properly to monitor any error. Cons There geo maps not looks good. As everyone has addicted to Google maps so UI EyeOTmonitor UI of geomaps looks dull. Also I dislike process of installing agents on customer networks.
