Pros The variety of gifts or rewards offered by Total Rewards is outstanding, it gives a wide range of products for employees to choose from. Additionally, the post board gives a public level of recognition that really boosts visibility! I also love how you can link it to your LinkedIn! Cons There are not many complaints from me about this program, maybe one would be the interface for the "Send Button". I think instinctively users assume that button is the next page, not necessarily the send button. Now, I know if lists the words "Send" but if I was to improve it I was maybe shape it more like a submit button and not include the arrow (this only applies for the "Support Center" area). It allowed employees to recognize outstanding performance among colleagues. We were able to write a note about what a colleague had done that was outstanding, which was routed to their manager for visibility. We could also opt to add a small cash award as well. Pros The ability to recognize excellence among colleagues and provide small cash awards. It really helped motivate employees. Cons Nothing I didn't like. This is an excellent product. DON'T take the virtual credit card that does not work at all. (hence the 5 stars for support in assisting me with this issue).
