“virtual credit card, absolutely a bad product, they keep every payment for 24 hours, and then 3 days and then 30 days. and the only thing they will tell you is "the payment exceeded the security limits, try again in 24 hours", super nice if you are in a restaurant or shop counter and want to use the card and it does not work :(“

### "Simple and easy recognition program enhancing the employee experience!"

With JobPts, we simplified and sychronized our recognition landscape saving IT but also administration resources a lot. Recognition is a very important topic nowadays as we see on our site. The JobPts tool is one of our highest rated HR services in our company what speaks for itself.

Pros

It is very easy and simple to implement and use. For a 100k employee company, it is possible to run with only 0.5 FTE which is a clear plus and speaks for the easiness of the tool.

Cons

Nothing to list here, the tool and the customer support is simple great!

My experience is wonderful, the issue is the lack of participation from 85% of my employees. Working on this!

Pros

I like the platform, as it is a good venue for managers and front line workers to offer words. Hope all can learn to use it!

Cons

Sometimes it's a little difficult to navigate (for reports). But the more I use the easier it is and the more I love using it.

### "Lightening speed resolution"

Overall experience is very good with "Total Rewards", which covers the entire program, presentation of the information, and availability of various Vendors/products to choose from.

Pros

The "Total Rewards" platform is fantastic in terms of information and the presentation of the information (which is the key) on the platform. I also had a great experience in getting quick vouchers from different service providers, which helped me in buying the required product in no time.

Cons

The "Total Rewards" program and the solution are so perfect that I never had any cons until yesterday. Yesterday, I redeemed points to get the voucher, but failed to get the voucher till late afternoon hours and then decided to seek support from the "Customer Support Team of the Total Rewards - Semos Cloud".

Pros

The website is easy to understand and navigate around. Whenever I have any doubts, it is easy to reach out to the support team for clarification.

Cons

There should be more vendors added from time to time. It seems like the list of vendors are always the same.

There are hiccups but able to redeem. Like for example my VISA CARD, I cannot use initially but then it was resolved after I contacted customer service.

Pros

There are a lot of rewards to choose from and can be redeemed online. The total rewards encourage most of the people to do their best.

Cons

Some of the rewards cannot be redeem directly from the store, you need to go to a third-party website to redeem (e.g. GUARDIAN)

I am very satisfied with with Total Rewards and will keep using it to give credit where credit is due :)

Pros

It's been months since the last time I accessed Total Rewards so I consider the new look and enhancements as fairly recent to my eyes when I used it again 2 weeks ago. It was amazing how it became even more user-friendly with the search parameter, it used to be just a silent wish before so imagine my shock seeing it. I also find an increased performance navigating from one section to another, and that was a big plus.

Cons

None that I can think of, because even contacting the Support team for inquiries or questions was very easy.

### "choose your subcontractor wisely"

The software is working fine basically. I got help by the support when I got stuck.

Cons

I had to fight hard with subcontractor mypaymentvault for 1 month to get my money. The support of this subcontractor literally does not exist, they just keep sending irrelevant and partly incorrect templates instead of reacting properly.

I had some issues in the past regarding the delay in receiving the gift cards that makes me lost money as per in Argentina there is a high inflation. Also regarding the amount on each card. I had to spend time redeeming a lot of gift cards because the maximum amount is very low. My last experience with support was a trouble also but it ends good. I hope not to have any more issues.

Pros

It has a very easy way to get a prize through the gift cards.

Cons

The amount of each gift card is so small that you have to redeem a lot of them wating time and prone to errors... Also that you can't go back in your selection or change the shop of the gift card. It's not good for countries with inflation that the gift cards have delays as it means lost of money

### "Easy to use with an AMAZING support"

At the company we use JobPts as a recognition tool, sending and receiving awards (monetary or not) mostly. I've had a great experience using the tool and even more when I needed support, always having someone to help me solving the problem in the best way - either with a simple tool tip or contacting a vendor in China regarding return of product and reimbursment, all fast and succesful conversations. Firendly, easy to use and with an amazing support.

Pros

JobPts has an easy to use platform that takes only a few minutes to either recognize someone or check your own recognitions. When claiming award, you can easily check on the options and they have an amazing center of support that makes you fell safe in every action you take - also helping you with external problems with others sellers and related, which is incredible.

Cons

Not sure if it is JobPts functionality or internal company rules, but the exchange rate to local currency does not match the current value of money, which is a little bothersome when converting points to a gift card, for example.

It is a great tool easy to use that will help your company in your path to culture of appreciation. It is great tha is an easy and Global Tool to recognize the employees in your whole organization. The rewards are digital and it send automatic emails for the Manager to also know that his or her employee has been recognize for the excellence of their work, the recognition can be a thanks according to your Company values or it can be a Monetary reward. It is amazing and very friendly to use, I will definetly recommend this tool. Also the reports and the Dashboards are very easy to use, so the Managers can have direct access to them and see who of their employees had more recognitions over the year.

Pros

I love that this software is very easy to use and drives a culture of appreciation across the Company. Also, the Product Support Team is always available to follow up any questions or issues in my gift orders. It is also great that is a Global Tool. Thank you for your amazing job Team!

Cons

We have the possibility to exchange our points in Ebay but I will prefer Amazon since in my perspective, Amazon is more reliable than Ebay and there are more options. I would love to see more options in the eGift cards.
