### "Easy Peer Recognition with Manager Visibility and Optional Cash Awards"

This was a very popular program at SAP. It allowed employees to recognize outstanding performance among colleagues. We were able to write a note about what a colleague had done that was outstanding, which was routed to their manager for visibility. We could also opt to add a small cash award as well.

Pros

The ability to recognize excellence among colleagues and provide small cash awards. It really helped motivate employees.

Cons

Nothing I didn't like. This is an excellent product. I'm hoping that my current employer will adopt Total Rewards as well.

### "good support, VERY BAD VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD, other cards work great"

the program is good, I chose some gift card that worked fine, but unfortunately I also choose the virtual credit card and that is an absolute abomination, it blocks almost every payment for 24 hours, it then proceeds to keep your funds for 30 days, reasons are vague, and when asked they say "it is not a credit card we have our own rules"

Pros

the support is great (\[sensitive content hidden\] is a legend!) , the gift cards work really well. DON'T take the virtual credit card that does not work at all. (hence the 5 stars for support in assisting me with this issue).

Cons

virtual credit card, absolutely a bad product, they keep every payment for 24 hours, and then 3 days and then 30 days. and the only thing they will tell you is "the payment exceeded the security limits, try again in 24 hours", super nice if you are in a restaurant or shop counter and want to use the card and it does not work :(

Excellent. Appreciate the support team for quickly answering my questions and providing detailed explanations.

Pros

Easy to see how much I can spend on my rewards. Excellent range of available gift cards to choose from.

Cons

Difficult at times to understand the different rewards from the same vendor. Unclear if some of the gift cards are eGift cards or are physical gift cards.

My experience is wonderful, the issue is the lack of participation from 85% of my employees. Working on this!

Pros

I like the platform, as it is a good venue for managers and front line workers to offer words. Hope all can learn to use it!

Cons

Sometimes it's a little difficult to navigate (for reports). But the more I use the easier it is and the more I love using it.

The website is easy to understand and navigate around. Whenever I have any doubts, it is easy to reach out to the support team for clarification.

There should be more vendors added from time to time. It seems like the list of vendors are always the same.

There are hiccups but able to redeem. Like for example my VISA CARD, I cannot use initially but then it was resolved after I contacted customer service.

Pros

There are a lot of rewards to choose from and can be redeemed online. The total rewards encourage most of the people to do their best.

Cons

Some of the rewards cannot be redeem directly from the store, you need to go to a third-party website to redeem (e.g. GUARDIAN)

### "choose your subcontractor wisely"

The lesson is: choose your subcontractor wisely !

The software is working fine basically. I got help by the support when I got stuck.

Cons

I had to fight hard with subcontractor mypaymentvault for 1 month to get my money. The support of this subcontractor literally does not exist, they just keep sending irrelevant and partly incorrect templates instead of reacting properly.
