It brings much needed visibility and encourages a culture of collaboration and appreciation. Pros The UI and UX is very easy and clean to use. It's very easy for me to create an appreciation, view my standing amongst peers, and redeem my appreciation points for a variety of awards. My leadership is alerted each time I receive an award as well, increasing visibility. Cons The mobile portion is currently lacking. Pros The tool is really intuitive and it helps you to search for the right items and the information is very clear. Cons In the tool itself there is not that much issues.. the main issues are normally related to SLA of the vendor. One issue that i've figured out is the char limit on address in the Ebay purchases. it could have no limit. I wasn't able to buy one thing to my house cause my address is too big and didn't fit the char limit. Cons Giftcards should be able to be used in online stores and can be cancelled if the store does not have online shopping. Pros Speed in resolution of the issue was satisfying. Cons I triggered a reward claim on Friday and system was not working. Over the weekend it did not work either. I raised a ticket on Monday and it was resolved on Tuesday. I was unable to use it for 5 days but the issue resolution was less than 24 hours. The listing of eBay products was a little clunky and it was a little tricky trying to get more information on the products. More options for redemptions would be better as well.
