### "The whole package - almost!"

Excellent. The staff is responsive and open to our ideas. The platform is easy to learn and navigate.

Pros

Fhases offered our organization the functions we needed for tracking case management encounters, logging services rendered and having confidential counseling notes.

Cons

There is no telehealth video option in Fhases so our counseling has to use another platform for her program.

FHASES development team and IT service updates have been impressive. They work hard to improve the flow, reporting, process, and support.

Pros

The personal care you receive from the IT team. The ease of use, and if you have any questions or concerns, the FHASES development team is quick to respond. With training, reports, or even the simplest questions, you feel they care about you, the staff, and the clients/patients your organization serves.

Cons

Report data collection is done; however, these concerns are being taken care of in collaboration with FHASES IT.

Patient search needs to be exact. Wont find patients with similar names or if they have multiple last names.

Honestly, there’s nothing I’ve found to dislike about FHASES so far. It has been a positive and seamless experience all around.

### "Upgrade to Fhases"

Fhases helped us solve multiple issues. we were on a remote desktop platform that was cumbersome, outdated, and difficult to scale with our program. fhases came out of the box with upgraded features like tasking, messages, and an appointments calendar. all reporting in fhases can be customized and there is little downtime. as long as internet is up, the site will function.

Pros

the best part about fhases is the organization itself. lanie, heather, matthew, everyone at fhases is wonderful to work with and super helpful. we love the upgrades that come through, and we get notified of developing changes to the system and get to have input in changes on the site. that is pretty unheard of, especially in nonprofit where funds are limited and we usually have to just take what we can get. fhases makes our lives easier and gives us control over our data and processes. we were able to easily convert our SOPs from one system to the next and fhases even provided us with a customized and personalized workflow manual to make the transition easier.

Cons

the majority of the initial issues with fhases were due to the limited data we were able to pull from our original platform and migrate into fhases. all issues were rectified in a timely manner and we had access to support the entire process. training and experience solved the rest of our issues. no current complaints.

My experience with FHASES has been great and I can't talk enough about my positive interactions with staff. I have never experienced support like we have received from the FHASES staff. Questions are answered quickly and anything I need explained, is done so in its simplest form.

Pros

What I like most about FHASES is our transition from paper charts to EMR. With the data we collect and its management in FHASES, our reporting ability has really improvided.

Cons

I do not like that the two-part authentication involves administrators using their personal cell phones and not clinic email addresses.

Pros

WCMS Project Access relies on Fhases every single day to help our Health Access Coordinators and Community Health Workers deliver outstanding services to our clients and to communicate critical information across the team. We are able to track and follow up on medical referrals as well as referrals for social determinants of health. We are also able to track clinical outcome data. This software allows us to collect, store and report data for multiple grants. Custom reporting is available to fit the demands of specific funders. The software is updated on a regular basis to add in new features requested by customers. The customer service is phenomenal. Son IS staff are very responsive to our requests. They know our program well and come up with creative solutions to our IT needs.

Cons

Fhases can sometimes be difficult to navigate with multiple screens. Health Access Coordinators can get "locked out" of Fhases, which requires that another user stop what they are doing and unlock the system. These are very minor annoyances in the grand scheme of things.

I absolutely love working with the staff at Fhases. They are so responsive and we have become friends over the last 1-2 years. Their product is what I've been looking for for many many years. Having done Case Management for 25 years, I've been thinking about the ideal product to meet the needs and I've finally found it!

Pros

Fhases fit our need beautifully and when we need accommodations they are quick to reply and meet our needs. The customer service is always quick to reply. As a provider of Case Management it's been difficult to find a vendor that understood our needs. The team at Fhases \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has healthcare experience and understands our needs and this gives me confidence that they understand what I'm saying.

Cons

I've been working with the team at Fhases to build out any functionality that I need. Fhases has been willing to accommodate anything I've needed that was missing.

Reason for choosing FHASES

I went with Fhases because of the great combination of excellent "small company" feel customer service and the functionality of the products. There are many reports to serve our needs and they have incorporated functionality to meet the need of ROI reporting.

Overall our experience with Fhases has been wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful and always there to get what we need if I am unable to find it. The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Pros

Fhases is a wonderful product that allows our staff to track all that we need for our population along with making the enrollment process a snap. Great interface and very easy to maneuver through all the needed functions.

Cons

One thing I would love to see changed it the ability to tab through the fields. Currently, the order is very sporadic and disjointed through each page. Having the ability to tab through the fields in order would be a excellent asset vs having to grab the mouse and click on the needed field. Another thing would be the ability to customize reports for the specific information that is needed vs having to piece them together or delete information that is not needed.

Pros

The variety of reporting options and data extraction is a tremendous assest to our program. Not only does it allow us to keep a pulse on the program, but provides expansive quantative data we are able to share with funders and stakeholders. The ability to cutomize the software to meet different needs and report on different metrics is another wonderful benefit of the software and one we take advantage of often. We are also impressed by the wonderful customer service and accessabilty of Fhases staff for assistance with technical issues.

Cons

The patient page vs the enrollment page. It would seen more simple if only one of these existed. Most options are duplicated on both pages, though most options are more user friendly the patient tab. We navigate through them both for various actions.

Pros

This software was a great choice for my case management business. I like the flow between the clinical, case management and behavioral health. The FHASES team implemented assessments and processes into the system to meet the needs specific to my practice. I think that customer service is most important with any product and this team is the best. They respond right away and are able to implement changes or requests quickly . They are really great to work with!

Cons

I do not have any complaints regarding the use of the software at this time and when I do they are open to suggestions and provide a solution.

Pros

This software is very easy to navigate for inputting data. It makes accessing a particular client quick with simple identifiers.

Cons

The only feature that I would improve on would be the timeout period. Because I am inputting data throughout the day, with some time lapse in between clients, it would be nice to have a longer period before it times out and requires a new login.

Pros

I used Fhases for approximately one year to log patient case management. One of it's best features is how user friendly it is. You don't have to be a computer pro to use this software. It allows you to quickly get your work done without spending too much time trying to figure out it's functions.

Cons

I have no complaints with this software. The year that I used it I was very pleased and never had any issues with difficulty or "glitches." Id recommend this to anyone!
