Integration with payment our billing and ecom systems is pretty smooth through APIs. Pros Deck Commerce allows us to organize our online retail sales and returns. The software allows us to process returns and refunds for returned product. Cons There is a lot of information presented to a user when using the software and we've seen inexperienced users have difficulty identifying important/necessary information that is needed when process requests.
