Pros

Easy to manage the returns with returns management and refund for the same, Omni channel helped us to provide an option to place order online and pick from store to customer

Cons

I don't see any major issues to to dislike it, but yes they can make the interface more user friendly.

Pros

Order management is made easy with desk commerce as our OMS platform, refund, cancellations were just a click away. Integration with payment our billing and ecom systems is pretty smooth through APIs.

Cons

We designed the APIs in a ways that every the time order status changes to shipped deck commerce has to trigger API call ecom systems, we are facing random failure of trigger atleast one or two times in a month, those needs to be manually moved

Overall, Deck Commerce works really well if you are comfortable with the software, but we do see that the learning curve tends to be steep for new/inexperienced users.

Pros

Deck Commerce allows us to organize our online retail sales and returns. The software allows us to process returns and refunds for returned product.

Cons

There is a lot of information presented to a user when using the software and we've seen inexperienced users have difficulty identifying important/necessary information that is needed when process requests.
