Pros

If you ever used other RM software, there is no comparison to EzRMS. In our hotel chain Ez RMS was integrated with the GDS rate loading link, making it easy to simply modify the rates and put restrictions in Ez RMS, without having to do the same job 2 or 3 times as it was the case in other places. Ez RMS keeps track of all changes and data from the past, making it easy to make about any possible analysis that comes to your mind. Report are customizable to your needs and can be saved for everyday use as a template. This software is a real life saver.

Cons

Machines cannot do everything, human touch and RM good sens is needed before accepting the recommendations. A lot of fine tuning is needed before you get the right long term result, however once you do, the program runs like a Ferrari.
