UpPromote had me from install to a working program in one sitting. Pros Free plan is actually usable: unlimited affiliates, link tracking. Setup took under 30 minutes and the steps are in an order that makes sense. Commission rules and tracking settings are easy to find. Cons It isn't completely free and offers paid plans. Some features are only available in paid plans, and the suggested commission rate didn't account for my margins. I switched from GoAF Pro because I think this platform has a little bit more features that I can use as I grow. Cons The CSV file from my last affiliate app did not follow the form for up-promote, so that was a little complicated. I am looking forward to seeing the success and expanding to the pro plan. Pros I started my UpPromote Acct today and had a great experience. The site was very user friendly and anything I had questions on the live chat was able to help me with. \[sensitive content hidden\] were so friendly and helpful. I am all set up and ready to launch my program this week! Cons The only thing I don't really like about UpPromote is that a lot of the features that I am interested in are in the $89 Pro Plan. The lesser plan is $29 but it doesn't offer everything I need. We are a very small business so not sure that spending $89 a month is in our budget but we are going to test out the cheaper plan and upgrade if the program is successful.
