The app has a lot of features, so it can take a little time to figure out everything it can do, but that’s also one of the reasons it’s so useful. Their support team has been great anytime I’ve had questions. They’re quick to help, easy to work with, and usually able to find a solution for whatever I’m trying to do. Overall, UpPromote has been a solid app for managing affiliates on Shopify, and I’d definitely recommend it. Pros What I like best is the combination of flexibility and support. UpPromote has enough features to handle just about any affiliate program we want to run, whether it's custom commissions, affiliate links, discount codes, or more advanced setups. And when I can't immediately figure out how to accomplish something, their support team is always quick to respond and has consistently helped me find a solution. It integrates well with Shopify, gives us better visibility over where affiliate sales are coming from, and makes it easier to reward partners accurately. I am looking forward to seeing the success and expanding to the pro plan. Pros I started my UpPromote Acct today and had a great experience. I am all set up and ready to launch my program this week! Cons The only thing I don't really like about UpPromote is that a lot of the features that I am interested in are in the $89 Pro Plan. The lesser plan is $29 but it doesn't offer everything I need. We are a very small business so not sure that spending $89 a month is in our budget but we are going to test out the cheaper plan and upgrade if the program is successful.
